And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. "We loved our stay at the Fairmont. We had a family suite which was perfect for a family of five. We also had the gold package which included access to the lounge. There was often food and drinks in there that was included in our package. This was a big help having kids and always having somewhere to go for food. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean. They had access to the beach already set up, which made it very easy. I would highly recommend staying at the Fairmont if you’re bringing your family to Rio."
