The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.

The staff was exceptional, the room was perfect, and the property was well manicured. Overall a great experience for my family and myself in Koh Samui. We would stay again at the Hyatt for sure.
