First, one of the keys didn't work, no biggie, it was replaced. When settling in the room for the night, the TV did work and had to be replaced (it was MUCH smaller TV). After watching TV for about an hour, the volume quit and would not work. The next afternoon, maintenance fixed that. The hot tub was disgusting, there was so much dirt on the bottom it turn into mud piles. The pool looked very unkept. On the bright side, the location was very central to everything, the food was very and restaurant and bar staff very friendly and accommodating. BUT, this was not a $200 a night hotel! I would not recommend it!

River Wonderful!

Have a great variety of food at a reasonable price. Beds could be firmer to soft for me. Accessible internet service. Great location and lovely view of the river, and bolt island. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The main thing that was wrong was every aspect of the bed and bedding was crude at best. This place looks to have not had any renovation in the last 30+yrs the carpet was coming up in all halls and the gym was an insult. This establishment is known to be in the top two of hotels in Alexandria Bay and all I have to say is yikes!

Enjoyability Exceeded Expectations!

Staff did their best to accommodate our needs beginning with early check-out. Great location so we could walk to restaurants, shops, and cruise ships. All staff were friendly and eager to help with questions and requests.
