This charming getaway offers a stunning view of Hocking Hills, perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or stargazing from the deck. Relax and unwind in the private hot tub, nestled among the trees, providing the perfect oasis of peace and relaxation. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a quiet break from the hustle and bustle, our cozy haven promises complete privacy and a peaceful, rejuvenating experience.

- 12 acres to hike on around the property (no designated trails currently)

- For the security of our guests and the safety of our villa, we have an external security camera located by the front door that is aimed directly at the parking area to monitor check-in/check-out times and the number of guests entering the villa. It will be on during your stay.
- Maximum of 2 pets. We ask that pets be kept off furniture unless covered by waterproof pet blanket (provided), pets must be crated while left unattended, all outside areas must be cleaned (e.g. bags provided to guests for after pet goes #2), paws wiped before entering cabin, no pets in hot tub. Pet fee of $30. Pet damage fee applies.
- Please note that although internet is provided, it cannot be guaranteed due to its rural location, inclement weather, or issues stemming from the service provider.
-The driveway to the cabin is STEEP, but well worth the incline. I recommend 4-wheel drive if possible but it is not necessary.

The property was amazing! Beautiful view, didn’t see a lake in the view but either way was nice! The hot tub was very nice, my lab Hank had plenty of room to play around and see the woods. The cabin itself was very pretty and clean.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the Nest! The cabin was very nicely decorated and clean. It had all the amenities we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our stay. The hot tub spa was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The host was exceptional throughout our entire stay and responded back to any inquiry we had in minutes. We will definitely be back to visit this great property!

Everything was perfect! The Nest is so cozy and a beautiful place to stay. I would recommend to anyone. It feels welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door and is not located far from most trails. Most within 15-30 mins. The hot tub was wonderful, the games of pool were great and the views, despite the rain, were still beautiful. We will be back!

The Nest is a lovely, isolated, peaceful escape. Take your groceries, fire wood and necessities with you because it’s a long way to civilization on winding, hilly roads. If you are looking for rest and relaxation with a hot tub and view, this is the place for you.
