This hotel was great for our Disney Trip. The hotel staff upon check in was not super friendly but, when I went back to ask for more pillows the desk clerk provided excellent customer service. The room was very industrial feeling but, it has everything we wanted. The AC was nice and cold and the beds were comfortable. The shower was really the best part - the water pressure as nice and actually felt like a shower not a trickle of water. The hotel is under construction and it looks and smells like it is however while we were there we didn't see any construction happening. The room was cleaned daily so that was an added bonus.

No hot water in bathroom sink, the dresser was broken and none of the drawers would stay closed when you put your clothes inside. on the day the housekeeping came to clean they didn't remove trash or clean bathroom sink and the parking garage smells very bad like sewer. Front desk staff is ok not very friendly. The overall feel of the hotel was ick and felt dirty.

Big enough room for a family 6. There was lots of space and the amenities were nice. The pool was great with a big hot tub too. Love the breakfast. Will book here again next time we come to Disneyland.

The room was nice and clean, and it worked for us as a family to have a separate room with a bunk bed for our kid. Proximity to Disney was great. The bed sheets were very rough, stiff and noisy whenever you moved and not comfortable. The noise from the hallway and other doors shutting is super loud, but that can be expected in a hotel setting. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.

The staff was kind and the room was clean. We were put into a room next to the gym so the door slammed constantly from 6am throughout the day and into the night. It would have been nice if the asked us if it was okay. There was a fire alarm practice for two days that we weren’t notified about until we were checked in. They should have notified us before. There was also a staff luncheon on the same day as the fire alarm test, so service was limited. This was all unfortunate for a stay that could have been quite pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptional-friendly and attentive. During check in, I casually mentioned we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they immediately offered to make it special. Later, she was thrilled to receive balloons and a bag of treats. It truly made her day. The hotel is about 12-15 minutes walk to the parks entrance, which is very convenient. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub and the room was perfect for our family of four -spacious, with separate doors for privacy. Breakfast was well-balanced with different options each day and definitely kid-approved. Overall, we had one of the best experiences and would absolutely recommend this hotel!
