Welcome to SQ1, a neat and quiet apartment offering beautiful views of the Acropolis.

The apartment features two bedrooms:
‱ One with a king-size bed that can be arranged as two singles
‱ One with a dedicated queen-size bed
An additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

SQ1 is located on the 4th floor and it is accessible by elevator.

Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Very nice view of the acropolis

The appartment was as expected. Clean and beds very comfy. There was an issue with hot water but was fixed very rapidly. The shower drain was not draining fast enough so water accumulates as you wash. Still had a very nice experience.

The apartment was in a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. We felt safe in the neighborhood.The rooms were clean and well equipped with the basics. Fantastic Athens Stay

The apartment was even better than described. It's a very comfortable two bedroom plus a full kitchen and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. The neighborhood is cool, and the hosts were very responsive! The view of the Acropolis is just as shown, and the walk there is pretty easy. A great stay!

A fantastic stat in the heart of Athens

SQ1 is conveniently located close to Monastiraki sq. east walking distance to the Acropolis & other sights. We were warmly greeted by Costas who gave us lots of information of where of eat, local bakeries & some landmarks visible from the amazing balcony.The apartment is clean, comfortable & spacious with little noise pollution from the surrounding area. We would recommend dinner in Bandiera & also Lithos, both excellent menus & very reasonably priced.

Great location and fabulous view

The condo was in a great location and had a fabulous view of the Acropolis. We did not spend much time in the condo. Mostly to sleep. It was mostly quiet in that area. Very close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for a short visit.

Great location & perfect size apartment for our family of 4. The apartment is clean & stocked and has an incredible view of the Acropolis. It was very hot in Athens but the AC in every room, ceiling fans & exterior blinds keep the place cool & comfortable. The hosts were so helpful with arranging our travel & always responded quickly! Would definitely stay here again - and will miss the delicious bakery up the street & Italian place around the corner!

Property Very Clean, Warm and Welcoming !!!

Beds were VERY comfortable. Great Location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bakery, supermarket and public transportation. Costas kept track of our arrival and was there to greet us in front of the building upon our arrival. He took our luggage, brought it up to the room and explained things in the apartment and where to go nearby. He was top notch. Incredible view !!! Enjoyed drinking a cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony and in the evening on the balcony sipping a glass of wine with a backdrop of the Acropolis illuminated in the background. We have been staying in VRBOs all over the world the past twenty years and this is one that if available would recommend to book without hesitation!!

Spectacular Acropolis View

We had a wonderful visit to Athens and the accommodations didn’t disappoint. We accepted Lia’s offer for arranging airport pickup and our driver was friendly and shared information about the city. The location is perfect. Steps away from a fabulous bakery and the beautiful walkways to tons of shops and restaurants. We were able to walk all around the city from this location and nothing was more than 25 minutes away. The view is outstanding and we enjoyed coffee and wine on the balcony daily. The rooms are large. Our only recommendation would be to have instructions on using the washing machine. Absolutely perfect stay!

Great home base

Good home base for exploring Athens. The apartment had all the necessities: comfortable beds, hot shower and the pleasant surprise of a clothes washer. Building itself was a little run down, but the area felt safe enough. Walking distance to everything! Easy access to bus and tram. Host arrived to greet us and was very helpful in touring the property and orienting us to the neighborhood.

Great location - walk to everything!

We arranged transportation through the hosts, and were met at the door by Costa, who helped us up with our luggage and showed us how everything works. Both bedrooms were spacious, and we had everything we needed. The best part is how close to wonderful restaurants and nightlife the flat is, as well as the beautiful view of the Acropolis. Would definitely stay here again!
