There are quite a few stairs to reception. No problem for us but might be for others. Location was fantastic, easily walkable to the train and all attractions. Staff was all wonderful! Room was large and comfortable.

The staff were wonderful in helping us with requests and with service. They informed up of an upcoming taxi strike and arranged private transportation for us to get to our excursion. They went above and beyond in helping up have a great stay! The location is ideal and rooftop terrace a wonderful place to enjoy the evening.

The staff were amazing! Eleutheria “Ria” was the friendliest and most enthusiastic “front desk” person we’ve ever encountered! She took the time to explain everything in detail. On our last night the front desk called in inquiring what time we were leaving the next morning. Because we were leaving too early to have breakfast. They asked if they could prepare a bag breakfast for us which we really appreciated. When we checked out, we were given a parting gift. They went above and beyond with their customer service.

My only complaint is that the elevator starts on the second floor. However, someone was always available to carry our bags up and down. Customer service was phenomenal.

Hotel is in a super location. Best shopping right around the corner. You can walk to most of Athen’s famous sites. Staff in the hotel and restaurant are fantastic, so kind and helpful. No elevator, but staff help carry luggage up the stairs. Self serve laundry facilities just a few blocks away. Super easy to use. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Ingrid

Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic place to stay to be in walking distance of so many things in Athens. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Food at the restaurant below the hotel was great and convenient. Small hotel, so it felt very boutique and intimate. The staff was especially helpful in helping to coordinate rides from the airport and to the cruise port. Highly recommend and would stay again.
