From the moment you walk in the front door you will appreciate the Quality associated with every aspect of the home starting with the kitchen. A true chefs kitchen that features Bosch Pro Series appliances with three full-size ovens, all gas range, Built in microwave, three tier noise cancellation dishwasher so you can have a clear conversation while you run the dishwasher, and Hibachi restaurant style Vent exhaust hood. The kid safe, electric fireplace is extremely stunning in the living area that features blue and orange inflamed ambient lighting that adds Elegance to any occasion and it also produces heat for warming. Enhance your entertainment experience with the 5.1 audio surroundsound in the living room area viewed on a 8000 series Samsung 4K smart TV.

The main level features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a rocking chair and a 60” Samsung 4K smart tv. The main floor also features a full bathroom with a Steel insulated soaking tub to help keep hot water hot longer. Every bathroom also features a room heater so you can enjoy getting out of the tub or shower to a warm setting. Laundry room on the main level features a smart load washer and dryer with an additional small washer So you can wash 2 loads at the same time. The 3rd bedroom is the master suit that features a king sized bed with a large oversized love seat that’s made for 2 that is a perfect viewing angle to view the 65” LG 4k tv mounted above the bedroom double doors. The room also looks out to a stunning view of oak trees that is just a beautiful sight that you can get lost in. The master suite also has a large private master bathroom with 3 shower heads including a rain head in the center of the shower. Just about every room in the house has USB outlet chargers and wireless chargers for newer smart phones and devices. We spared no expense in the design and amenities that Chñteau Marchand has to offer. It is truly the perfect getaway home for any family vacation, small gathering or a staycation if you just want peace and quiet in this tucked away gem that’s Perfectly located to just about everything. It’s so quiet and peaceful you will forget you are in Just minutes away from downtown Atlanta. The home is a smart eco home that features Nest smart Learning thermostats, nest connect smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom room including upstairs and main level hallway, radiant barrier underlayment for roof that helps naturally insulate and keep the home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter all by using less energy. I’m excited to share with you that the home features a 100% whole home water filtration system which means all the water coming from the outside water line is purified before it goes through any tab which means it’s safe to drink directly out of the faucet and you will absolutely tell a difference with the water that comes out during your shower or the meals you may Prepare using the water. 15 minutes away from Buckhead, 10 minutes away from Atlantic Station, 15 minutes from the Braves stadium at SunTrust Park. 5 minutes away from I-75 At Howell Mill
7 Minutes away from I-285 at Cobb Parkway.


ChĂąteau Marchand House Rules/Terms Of Stay

Chñteau Marchand. If you haven’t done so already, Please take a moment and look over the house rules and terms to make sure the home will accommodate you and your Guests. My goal is to do everything that I can to make sure you and your guests have the most enjoyably stay possible. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns at all .


1. Absolutely no parties, the home is monitored and if a party or gathering is taking place you will be asked to leave the home immediately. No outside guest are allowed at the home. Not even to visit without approved approved communication. Food delivery services can park in front of the driveway temporarily to make the delivery.

No DJ style speaker systems are allowed inside or outside of the home. My goal is for you to have the best time ever but please be mindful that this is not an event center or hall, this is my home and the neighbors homes that surround us. No music should be heard outside of the home after 9:30pm Sunday throughThursday and 11:00pm Friday/Saturday no exceptions.

2. The vehicle limit at the home is 4 vehicles. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED ON OR AROUND THE HOME NO EXCEPTIONS.


3. No 3rd party check-ins are allowed. You can not book the home for someone else. The person booking the home must be the person staying at the home. No exceptions.


4. Pet and smoke free home, a 500.00 smoking fee will be required for smoking inside of the home, this includes hookah and electronic smoking devices. Outside smoking is fine on the private deck.


5. No music should be heard outside of the home after 9:30pm Sunday through Thursday and 10:00pm Friday/Saturday.

6. For safety, all guest staying or visiting the home during your reservation must be included in your reservation to prevent any misunderstandings and cancellation of reservation during your stay.

7. No deep frying is allowed in the home because of oil deposits and lingering odors left behind. A 200.00 fee will be accessed for this violation.

8. In Efforts of preventing food or drink spills on the flooring and bedding, No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms and living room area. Please keep food and drinks limited to the kitchen, dining room and backyard.


9. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet and please throw all large pieces of food into the trash and not down the kitchen sink.

10. I can only guarantee early check-in and late checkout if I pay addition cleaning service to hire extra help to get the home ready quicker for your arrival and additional help when you check out for upcoming guest. Standard Check out is at 11am and we need most of that time to make sure the home is ready without any mishaps. Now, I can charge you what it will cost me for additional help which is 50.00 per hour starting at 1pm for early check in and 50.00 per hour for late check out. Check in would be 1pm or after and checkout would be 1pm. Standard check in time is 4pm.


11. A signature of these rules and terms are required to be signed upon arrival.

Could not have imagined a better place to stay

This is a big, immaculate house. The bedrooms all gave everyone privacy. The kitchen has 3 ovens, which makes it perfect for large, family meals. The property was equipped with everything we needed and more. The welcome snacks were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
