The customer service manager is extremely rude and combative and expedia doesn't want customers to know the truth. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this location. He doesn't represent Hilton hotel at all. The dinning crew is amazing for breakfast and dinner. its sad that they have no control over management at this location.

I had to pay a $50 security deposit that I was supposed to get upon leaving. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have yet to receive it and I cannot get in contact with anyone and my itinerary number seems not to register upon entering it in the hotels services system.

The staff were very courteous. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower had great water pressure but it was very narrow. Parking was free and this is a great location.
