Rooms were filthy. Poop still in toilet in one of the rooms. They weren't able to give one room two beds so I received a call that I would get two rooms one at no charge. i am in the process of requesting money back as we felt very unsafe at this hotel. Hotel attendant would not come out of office to take keys back as we left 10 minutes after check in.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was nice, clean and warm! The only issue was we got back to our room around midnight and our keys did not open the doors. Very cold and very uncomfortable situation.

Hotel was filled with smoke and illicit drugs. It was an awful, scary experience with all kinds of loitering. The place is filled with illicit drug and other activities. The smoke made me sick….although it said no smoking… I am requesting a full refund.

The lobby reaks of weed, toliet didn’t flush, cleaning rag on floor, sticky floor, carpet coming up, non smoking room that has clearly been smoked in, no towels and trash piled up near the elevator.
