Victor was friendly and kind, the unit needs some improvements, there was no start up tissue or paper towels in either bathroom when we arrived, I had no light in my bedroom for the 1st night, Victor came the next morning to fix the light but couldnât, my family member had to suggest bringing a lamp so we wouldnât be in a dark room the entire week, also the mattress in my bedroom was horrible, my husband and I was not satisfied with that mattress at all, it sunk down in the middle so whenever we laid on it we both was forced to the middle, please Victor replace that mattress, itâs the 1st bedroom on the right as you exit the stairwell, it was cold a couple of nights therefore when we turned on the A/C unit it would get warm downstairs and be like a sauna upstairs, we couldnât get the heat to balance over the whole house, we couldnât take a shower in the bathroom with the tub because there was no lever to turn the shower on, so my entire family had to shower in the master bathroom
