First night was great! Area was quiet and beds were so comfortable. Second night not so good. Could hear room next door who were loud and noisy at 1:00 a.m. At 3:00 a.m. someone down the hall was pounding on the door and no one would let them in. They came back a little later and pounded again. It wasn't a restful night. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice!

Check-in was easy and staff were all friendly, but room seemed like no one had stayed in it in a while—toilet bowl had ring of what looked like mold. Also, the shower was just a hose with weak pressure. Lighting wasn’t good in doorway (safe is in the closet just inside the door and we had to use our cell phone flashlight to read the instructions for setting up a code).

I had a late flight into Atlanta and when i called ahead and spoke to Margaret at the front desk, she was incredibly acomadating - considering i checked in at almost 2:00 AM! The hotel does look a little older but the staff was amazong. Will defintwey stay again when I come back o this area for work.
