Quiet convenience
Easy to access from the highway. Quiet location was ideal to be close to GA Tech for graduation events. Had all the essentials in the apartment. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
We stayed in a studio. A tiny, cosy home. We liked it very much. The only problem is lack of an elevator. Especially if you carry bags onto third floor.

Worst Place Ever
I thought I was booking a hotel. I had a car and luggage. When I arrived at 4pm, i was at the address, and i could not find the building. I told her I could see a building with the name SCAD. I was on the phone with the lady and she kept saying I was sent clear details on how to details on how to get in the building and if I can't follow them, she can't help me and hung up on me. I had a tour at 7pm that I missed because I couldn't get in the room. I drove around for hours. I asked a cop for help. When I did finally get in the room there is no access to the front of the building with a car. No parking. Included, you had to pay. In the room there was a lock with a code and then I saw a open door. I don't feel comfortable leaving my luggage with no lock on the door. They said I is an automatic lock. There is a code for both. I then asked again to let me out of the contact and they said they will, but i will need to follow the process for Hotels.com. I went to sleep and when I woke up there was no water. I called and called, emailed them. There was a water break in the hotel. I own a house. I know that will take a long time. They never once offered to let me out of my contract. They did refund for my inconvenience, but I had to call Hotels.com to get it. I had three days in Atlanta, I had no water for two mornings of my stay. I was going to the aquarium on my last day and I followed the online request. They wanted to charge me over $100 dollars.
The property was easy to find only because of the excellent directions provided. They were step by step with pictures included. We had absolutely no problems finding the place or with the entry. Everything within the Kasa was modern and clean. The hosts thought of everything.
The only opportunity for improvement would be to explain the parking situation a little better. We didn’t expect to have to pay for parking and we didn’t expect the fees to be so high. We had a large SUV and the space was very tight. I’d have to get out prior to my husband parking our vehicle and the side mirrors had to be folded in. Within the directions, it should also be mentioned that the vehicle should not be backed in. We didn’t do it, but someone else did and ended up with a boot.
Overall, the stay was wonderful and we will definitely consider a Kasa space when we travel for an extended amount time again.
The studio is a convenient distance from Atlanta Station shopping center and is in front of SCAD. The location is great during the day but even better during the night. I enjoy the quiet and the safe guarded environment. I felt safe my entire stay and ubering to and from was an easy process. Parking itself was abit confusing for when I had my friends and fam over but other than that I completely loved my time here. Def considering coming back during my trip in June.

What an adorable studio apartment! It had all the amenities I needed — washer/dryer, coffee and maker, comfortable bed. The only downside is that it is located right at a freeway onramp so it was noisy at night. But I felt very safe and it was within walking distance (1/2 to 1 mile) from coffee shops and restaurants.
This property was very nice, it felt safe, and it was local to all of the spots we wanted to visit.
Unfortunately, there were a lot of hidden fees including having to pay for parking (about $20 a day) and a security deposit. I wish they were more upfront about these expenses as this was supposed to be a budget friendly trip.
Love the room. Super clean and cute. The outside looks bothing like the inside. Parking was a little confusing but everything worked out. I would come back
Everything was fine but they obviously used some kind of scented fabric softener or washing machine pod with scents and it made my sleep very difficult because I have allergies to scents. Very quiet and clean.

Gem in North midtown
Great stay. Clean. Dated building but room newly remodeled. Didn't see any restaurants to try in the area. Close to train station. 8 min walk.
