Not a safe place - people loitering all around

Horrible. When I pulled up in the flooding rain, we saw all kind of shady characters ( men and women) in front of all rooms lingering around, smoking, drinking etc. I had my two daughters with me and if it wasn't already midnight and bad weather, we would have left. I barely slept, scared someone would try to come through our door. Do not stay here if you are female and or have kids. Not safe.

Average Experience that Met my Needs

The location of the hotel is great. It's near a lot of fantastic restaurants and cool bar such as Korean karaoke places. The front desk had great service. The only issue is that the detailing of the room could be improved upon. The lamps shades and bases of the lamps could be cleaned as well as the sides of the nightstand and deeper corners of the bathroom. Previous guest's hair was visible on the floor. Based on the bed, desk, and fridge being acceptable though, I can't rate the hotel too low for lack of cleanliness on the details.
