Stay & enjoy this spectacular new construction Midtown home in the heart of Atlanta! Walkable to Atlanta's famous Piedmont Park & Beltline, this home is close to grocery, restaurants, coffee, golf and more.

This home has 5 bedrooms & sleeping space for 16 guests. Luxury home features include smartlock for keyless entry, security system for your safety, white marble countertops, Viking appliances, one button turn on gas fireplace, 1000MB fiberoptic internet speed (great for streaming) & more. Enjoy some subtle home features such as staggered width white oak hardwood floors, shiplap wall & ceiling accents, sound reducing walls, LED lights, Nest thermostats, Roku TV's, and an open floorplan.

This home has easy access to the highways but is located in town in a wonderful residential neighborhood. Also a block away from two grocery stores and Ansley shopping center, making it perfect for staying supplied during your stay.

The Perfect Stay

The house was just as pictured. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house allowed everyone to have their own space without being crowded. All of the amenities were on point. Great communication from the owner. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for a weekend celebration!

Everything in this house is top-shelf and I agree with other reviewers’ praise for this property. We spent a weekend with family celebrating my daughter’s commencement. First floor layout is ideal for seamlessly combining family room activity with group cooking/snacking around the island. And there is plenty of open space in all the bedrooms to spread out! Michael is extremely responsive and accommodating and all interactions with him and vrbo staff were contactless. I would definitely stay here or in one of Michael’s other properties again.

We had a fabulous visit in Mid-town Atlanta at this property. Very clean, spacious, plenty of supplies, location perfect, Host couldn't have been nicer. I am going to reserve this house again next year.

5 men and a convention at World Congress Center

Each of us had our own bedroom. Big kitchen, dining, and, family room with TV all great. Great AC and parking. We had a few issues and they were addressed quickly. Lots of good restaurant choices within 10 min. drive. Kroger and Publix within walking distance. Big park, great for walking, about 5 min walk nearby.

Wedding Dress shopping!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay and were so comfortable at this stunning property , we truly felt like it was our “ home away from home”! All the rooms are so spacious and well appointed, our visit was perfect, especially since my daughter chose her wedding gown during our visit, whew! We would definitely stay at this beautiful house again after the terrific time we had visiting ATL and relaxing in such a comfortable home!

Awesome place to stay for Son’s graduation from Emory

Our family flew into celebrate our son’s graduation from Emory. This is the perfect spot, walkable area to many restaurants and shops. Extremely convenient location. Beautiful house. Only thing I would mention is the water pressure in the master shower is less than optimal. Otherwise perfect stay. Management staff was so accommodating and friendly.
