Booking Requirements:



➼Please make sure to have a verified phone number, a profile picture, and a complete profile on Airbnb before inquiring or booking.

Pet Policy:



➼We are pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends!

➼However, for sanitary reasons, pets should not be allowed on furniture or bedding. A payment request for professional cleaning may be made if this rule is violated.

➼There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and an additional fee of $150 per pet if you plan to bring three or more pets.



Extra Guests:



➼An extra guest fee of $19 per night will be charged after the 6th guest.

Visitor numbers should not exceed 16 in compliance with Airbnb's party ban.

➼Visitors will incur a one-time fee of $19 per guest.
