🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.<strong>

Check-in Fees:</strong>

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees help fairly compensate the person who will be coming in on their own time to guarantee the best possible check-in experience for you.

🕗 After 8:00 PM: €40 late arrival fee.
🌙 After 12:00 AM: €60 late arrival fee.
📅 Sundays & public holidays: €40 fee.<strong>

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:</strong>

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests 16 years and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
