The flat is located in the city of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, an area very close to Barcelona and well connected to the city centre. Located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by local shops and small restaurants, this neighbourhood is an excellent choice for those looking for an authentic local experience.

The history of the area dates back to the 14th century, when the municipality of L'Hospitalet was founded. The town developed thanks to agriculture, especially the production of wine and olive oil. In the 19th century, with the arrival of the Industrial Revolution, the town expanded and became an important centre for the textile and metallurgical industries. Today, L'Hospitalet is a modern and growing city with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and places of interest.

Among the tourist attractions close to the flat is the Torreblanca park, a beautiful green space with walking trails and picnic areas. It is also close to the Gran Via 2 shopping centre, where you can find shops, cinemas and restaurants. In addition, the famous Plaza de España and the historic centre of Barcelona are only a few minutes away by public transport.

As for typical bars and restaurant recommendations, the neighbourhood of L'Hospitalet is known for its tapas and wines. La Perla restaurant is a popular spot with locals and offers typical Catalan cuisine. For an authentic tapas experience, visit El RincĂłn del Cava, a traditional tapas bar with a wide selection of wines and cava. Another popular place among locals is La Tasqueta de Blai, a tapas bar where you can find delicious options at reasonable prices.

In terms of transport, the area is served by several bus lines and metro stations nearby, including Bellvitge metro station and L'Hospitalet train station. These means of transport provide easy access to the centre of Barcelona and other places of interest in the city.

Magical and stylish apartment in very well communicated neighborhood, you can reach Barcelona center in just 20 minutes, either by metro or by bus. Design features and details with all the convenience and modern comforts of a very recently refurbished property.


----- SPECIAL HYGIENIC PROTOCOL-----

Cleaning the apartment has always been one of my biggest concerns when I receive new guests, however, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have considered that the cleaning process needs to be modified and the flat must not just be cleaned, but also disinfected as much as possible.

For this, after each reservation the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by professional staff, following the cleaning recommendations of the government and international institutions, like the World Health Organization.

All the maneuvers are carried out with disposable masks and gloves, while the apartment is in constant ventilation. In addition, we are using special cleaning and disinfection products following the UNE-EN 1447 standard, both on surfaces (doorknobs, switches, tables, among others) as well as textiles (cushions, curtains and carpets, for example) and using them according to their instructions, taking the time that is required for each one for an optimal result. Sheets and towels are washed and disinfected in a professional laundry service, where they are exposed to high temperatures, eliminating any possibility of viruses.

Beside this new cleaning and disinfection protocol, we are leaving at the apartment special disinfection products for you, in the case you want to re-make the process once you arrive. Along with this, you will have hydroalcoholic hands gel at your disposal.

Consequently, we have also adapted our check-in protocol. A friend will welcome you at the entrance of the building, he will wear a mask and keep the security distance (1.5 m) throughout the process. We guarantee that it will be fast and contactless. Please remember that the use of masks will be mandatory.

I hope this new cleaning and disinfection protocol will help you feel safe and comfortable at my apartment. We're doing our best to make it as enjoyable as possible for you!

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

-The apartment is equipped with fire extinguisher and also with a anti-theft alarm which is optional for our guests to connect it.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flatÂŽs capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.

Super sĂ©jour Ă  Barcelone. L’appartement est dans un quartier populaire et agreable, Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de la station coll blanc, en moyenne Ă  30-40 minutes des endroits Ă  visiter. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour et vous recommandons ce logement. Les points positifs : - la clim !! - la communication avec le propriétaire : de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons été guidés, accompagnés. - la propreté : on sent que le ménage est effectué par un.e professionnel.le - chaque détail à été réfléchit pour votre confort : des capsules de lessive au confort du canapé en passant par le nombre de serviettes : rien ne manque et on s'y ai vraiment bien senti ! - le confort de la literie : j'ai trÚs bien dormi ! - la proximité de la bouche de métro et du centre de la ville. Les points négatifs : - la clim est placée dans le salon donc l'air frais ne va dans les chambres que lorsque les portes sont ouvertes.. or dormir les portes ouvertes implique d'avoir de la lumiÚre le matin.. - le quartier : ce n'est certes pas le plus chic de la ville mais pas non plus d'insécurité ressentie. - un peu cher...

IMy stay had both positives and negatives. The host was flexible with luggage storage and check-in was smooth, which I really appreciated. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and recently renovated, creating a generally comfortable environment. However, there were some drawbacks. The price was too steep for the place. The Host takes 300 Euro for deposit which makes it very difficult for booking the place. The sofa and carpet were stained and could use better maintenance. The narrow staircase made it difficult to carry luggage, and the bedrooms lacked air conditioning, which made them quite hot at night. Thin curtains also let in a lot of light from the street, which affected sleep quality. The single AC unit in the living room wasn’t enough to cool the whole apartment. Despite these issues, the location was very convenient — just two blocks from the metro — which made getting around easy. Overall, it's a decent place if you're prioritizing location and don’t mind a few compromises.

Proa: This is a good sized rental for a five day stay and I really enjoyed the terrace. It is near the metro, bus stops, shops, and big market in the town square where the locals sit and chat. Posting pictures were accurate as to the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is small, but doable for a short visit. The bathroom was a decent size for the apartment and contains a washer.Cons: There are three flights of narrow stairs, separated by a landing and two or three stairs in between each flight. The living room and Terrace pictures are not correct. This apartment needs some attention, to meet its advertised description of elegant luxurious interior.

It’s a nice, clean & spacious apartment. The nearest Metro stations are Collblanc which is 3 blocks away & Torassa , 4 blocks away which makes it really convenient to go around the city. Host is accommodating for late check in even after midnight with €30 fee (after 9pm) which is stated in their policy. Grocery store is next door & a lot of good options for dining. The area looks sketchy but we never had any issues or safety concern. I will definitely recommend this apartment.

Vacation to Barcelona

The stay was wonderful - the location was optimal and about a 5 minute walk to Collblanc metro station and bus stops, apartment was perfectly furnished with all necessary amenities for an extended stay, working ac was perfect for the hot weather, the team was quite responsive and helpful. However during our stay the apartment did not have WiFi and it took a majority of our stay to communicate and resolve the issue with the host. We did receive a monetary refund for the lack of WiFi however it wasn’t enough to cover the expenses and hassle it caused us during our vacation. I would suggest messaging the host before booking to confirm everything posted on the site is accurate and your stay will be headache free. Otherwise was a great apartment and the host’s team was very accommodating and understanding (they let us check in early to leave our bags the first day which I appreciated very much).

Perfect little appartment

The appartment is situated in a calm neighborhood, near metro station from where you cam get to anywhere in Barcelona. There is a grocery store just below the appartment and people are welcoming. Appartment is also quiet, we didn't heard nothing from the appartment below or beside. Having a washer for cloth is a must and we enjoyed it as well as the air conditionning. Very easy to reach the manager and to check in and out! We really enjoyed our 1 week stay from july 21-28 2024.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage mit unseren Freunden in Barcelona. Das Appertment liegt perfekt ca. 7 Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt. Das Einchecken, Kommunizieren mit dem Vermieter und das Auschecken hat sehr gut und unkompliziert funktioniert. Uns hat das Appartment gefallen es war alles da was wir benötigt haben, wir wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Ideal para una estancia en familia o con amigos. El apartamento es muy lindo y estå bien situado. El barrio no es de los mås lindos de Barcelona pero estå muy bien conectado a los puntos mås relevantes de la ciudad. El propietario siempre disponible y muy cortés. Muy aconsejable!

Good location

The property is modern and comfortably fits a family of 4. True to the pictures. Good value for money. Direct train to the airport. 5-10 mins to the nearest metro. Plenty of shops around and a good restaurant called Tingle close by for family dinners. Clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Welcome bottle of Cava and some coffee capsules much appreciated. Overall good stay and would return.
