Comfortable enough for us

Andrea at check in was very friendly and professional. Our room (121) on entrance looked very clean but did notice a couple dark stains on sheets (stains that didn’t come out in the wash). The pillows needed to be updated as well as the mattress. The window ac/heater definitely needed a good cleaning. The pool and hot tub area looked nice/updated since our last stay here 11/2024. (We forgot our swim wear so did not use).

We needed an overnight stay as we traveled through WV, and the Microtel Inn was conveniently located. The clerk at the desk was kind and check-in easy. Our room wasn't spacious, but it was clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. We were happy with our stay.

Highly recommended

Just a stop over in the middle of a long drive, but it was a great choice. Clean, pleasant, comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected and they even gave a pool and hot tub.

The hotel was great and breakfast was more than continental but not quite a hot breakfast. The main surpise we had was the size of the room. It is called a micro hotel because there is no extra space in the room! Ok for a one or 2 night stay but longer than that would not have be comfortable.

Could’ve been cleaner. Weird smell. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. AC works great, we froze half to death. Not enough blankets. Beds a bit too soft for our liking but we prefer a firm mattress. Noisy. Wished I had spent the extra $100 for something a bit nicer. Staff super nice.
