Have stayed there several times. Very convenient to the highway and local shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff are excellent and the property is always clean . The hotel is relatively new. I will be returning in a few months.

When we arrived to check-in at 4 am there was no one at the main counter, the doors were locked and we rang the doorbell multiple time and call the hotel. We ended up waiting 25 minutes outside before the Hotel clerk showed up. He didn’t apologize and then when we started the process he said the system was down and couldn’t give us access to a room. We waited another 30 minutes and I told him to call a manager to fix the issue. The guy wasn’t helpful and even had an attitude. I told him that they should have a way to access a room in case a guest locked themselves out. Another 10 minutes went by and he finally gave us access to a room that he opened with a special key. This was the most unpleasant check-in I have ever experienced at a Hilton hotel.

Fridge was turned off upon my arrival. Room was booked 24hrs prior. They put the welcome note in, and you would think on their checklist, turning the fridge on would be included. Took 24hrs to get cool - and it was still “warm”. People staying multiple nights probably need it for food. Well, that all spoiled. I called front desk about this to inform and the lady lied and was rude. Door to bathroom was very hard to open and close. Horrible tile and grout work. Not Hilton standards, that’s for sure.

I found the hotel sub standard at best for the money required for an overnight off the highway in Belleville. It felt antiseptic, and basic ( sparsely furnished and cheaply furnished) So basic for a $300 a night stay. Expected more from a Marriott chain ( this is like flying economy at the back of the plane - where expense was spared! ( including 1 ply toilet paper) Just felt like the second cousin to a basic highway Holiday Inn- Expectations were shattered . The rooms are over deodorized and cannot be healthy to breathe in the chemicals meant to mask whatever.. Breakfast too could not have been more disappointing . Wish I could be more positive- but I'd have to lie.

The hotel was very clean, with soft and comfortable towels. The room was spacious with a convenient extra sink, and the water pressure and temperature were just right. The free breakfast offered a wide variety of food options. Overall, everything was great—I highly recommend this hotel!

The room and hotel was great. Modern, clean etc. However the breakfast was disappointing. Not much of a selection. You used to get hot bacon, eggs, pancakes etc.. but now you get a cold omelette, some type of sausage and cold potato wedges. Don’t stay there for the food.

Great Hotel
