It is very close to restaurants and shopping. it is ..."

"As of June 2026, the pictures don't reflect it's true condition. We stayed in room 17, (lake view) which is rundown and needs improvement. The main door and hardware are interior grade and didn't feel secure. In the pictures, note the 'wetbar' and TV location. The 32" TV is more than 15' from the ..."

Fireside Lodge
"This lodge is very charming and especially pet-friendly. The staff and visitors are friendly and lively. Families enjoyed swimming, and the office sold many affordable drinks and snacks, eliminating the need to visit a liquor store. The room was clean, with no carpet, and the blankets had been washed. It featured a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and dishes. It was simple but complete for our needs. My dogs loved their walks, and Big Bear is beautiful any time of year. There is an EV charger available for a fee. Breakfast options are basic coffee, fruit, and pastries. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated the convenient location close to Big Bear Village, where many activities take place. I will definitely return."
