"This lodge is very charming and especially pet-friendly. The staff and visitors are friendly and lively. Families enjoyed swimming, and the office sold many affordable drinks and snacks, eliminating the need to visit a liquor store. The room was clean, with no carpet, and the blankets had been washed. It featured a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and dishes. It was simple but complete for our needs. My dogs loved their walks, and Big Bear is beautiful any time of year. There is an EV charger available for a fee. Breakfast options are basic coffee, fruit, and pastries. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated the convenient location close to Big Bear Village, where many activities take place. I will definitely return."

"comfortable beds, beautiful inside, upscaled. plug in tub would not stay closed, due to its position, you can't help but bump it, and late night bath becomes noisy (loud draining sound as water sucks out) I couldn't get the plug to close again. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. it is gated and you need a code to enter, which is great. Parking inside the garage, and having an inside entrance to the hotel was nice. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there. Upstairs neighbors could be heard over the t.v. and seemed as if they were rearranging the furniture, and running above us. Get the top floor if possible. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and felt we would return."
