JL 305: Peaceful yet centrally located 2 bedroom, in the heart of Birch Bay.

Fully furnished two bedroom, one bath lower level condo at Jacobs Landing. Granite counter tops, stainless applicances, electric fireplace and many other upgrades. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed with new mattresses in 2022. The living area is very comfortable with a leather sofa sleeper making into a full size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a big meal or a light snack. A new TV in the living area to cast your favorite movie or watch basic cable. There is a nice patio perfect for grilling on the propane BBQ. You may enjpy the indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor tennis and other amenities at Jacobs Landing. Walking distance to the Birch Bay attractions and across the street from the beach. Complimentary WiFi provided during your stay. You will love being close to everything.

Pros and Cons

Positives: When front and back doors were open, it made a nice cross breeze. Access to the indoor pool in the hot weather was nice. Food spot (or semen?) stuck on bed cover. Only five bath towels to be used among six people. One roll of toilet paper for six people, three nights. A fan would have been nice to help circulate the air. Ice maker did NOT work. Large pit bull next door barked at us through the screen door multiple times when we exited or entered the condo. Closet door in bedroom was stuck in open position, making it difficult to move freely around the room. Extra blanket in bedroom smelled musty. Could have used a larger pot to cook in for a family of six. Negatives: The pods for the dishwasher didn't break down... so I'm not sure dishes were ever really cleaned when we ran the dishwasher. Something was left on the bottom of the oven, which burned and became smokey, leaving a smokey flavor on our food. No laundry soap was provided, and no extra trash bags.

Loved our stay in Birch Bay and would book this property again.

The property was great. Good location and pretty quite. Only call out would be when it is hot out would be good to have fans in the condo. Particularly when no breeze. Beds where comfy and had everything needed.
