The room was big enough for us to move around and relax on the couch by the bed. The staff was very helpful when a couple of situations. One night we have some noisy neighbors and the on-call lady was quick to respond to this issue and the people quieted down after she called them. After checking out and departing, the cleaning staff noticed that we had left a charger behind and the lady at the front desk called me right away, so we could return to the inn and retrieve the charger before we had driven far away. The only concern we had was the breakfast offerings were limited and the small seating area could not accommodate everyone who came to breakfast.

Photos are better than reality

The room was partially updated. Bed linens were excellent. Breakfast has good choices and kitchen was very clean. Staff was attentive. Room could have been cleaner, the couch had seen better days.The shower was very slow to drain and the tub backed up to my ankles. The WIFI did not work in the room, when I questioned it I was told one router was out and on the repair list. The hot tub was nothing like the photo, guests are required to remove and replace the cover if they want to use it. When I lifted the cover there was at least a full two inches of foam over the entire jacuzzi. Giving a two star over all as I feel the pictures are deceptive.

Charged me retroactively after my checkout for my dog, who I said is a service dog. By law, they can’t do that. He had an accident and they demanded that I clean it up immediately. Unfriendly and inefficient receptionist at check in. Then vacuuming right outside my room when I was trying to rest after driving all day.

This is a very quaint property in a lovely wooded residential area about 15-20 from Pearl Street in Boulder. Our room was very basic but very clean. The bed and linens were amazingly comfortable and high quality which was a pleasant surprise based on the basic nature of the property and other room attributes. The breakfast was actually a little better than the typical Continental at name hotels. They had hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker and a variety of yogurts and fresh fruit in addition to the typical continental, with a nice little dining room to sit. Parking was good and no extra charge. It is a bit of a drive to shopping and dining which is why it's so quiet and restful.

Nice little Inn

Cute little inn-we were visiting Boulder for family weekend and it was nice, quiet, clean and not a bad uber ride to town! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was nice.

Cozy little vintage vibe!

Wonderful quaint hotel! We got there late but check in was self serve. The hotel was a beautiful vintage vibe. Nice easy breakfast, not too crowded or noisy. The room had 2 beds one firm & one softer, perfect for each of us. The room had a separate area with a couch to watch tv. Beats any hotel we’ve been in ANY DAY! The only downfall was we only had one night there! We would love to come back & spend more time here! And the coffee was perfect!

I stayed here while doing a triathlon--perfect location! It is right by the reservoir! Super convenient. Very clean; very friendly. I wasn't there for breakfast or anything, but the room was huge, remote check-in and out was a breeze!
