Great location!

Nice home in a great location.Had a hard time getting a hold of management for the door code but after calling Vrbo I finally received the code for entry.Home listed it had iron and ironing board but could not find it unless it was hidden very well.Not that big of a deal but would have been nice to have had one.Over all a very nice home!

Branson Family Pre-Christmas Trip

We love the space and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, and gadgets. Very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

There were six of us staying in this home. 2 couples, an older family member and a mother and daughter had their own bedroom with tvs and their own bathrooms. The realty company was extremely helpful with all aspects of this stay. The only complaint was that a mattress was needed replacing day no support

Great Stay

We reserved this property with another family for our stay while attending a baseball tournament at Ballparks of America. It’s about a 15 min drive from house to ballpark, easy drive goes quick. There were 7 people total and never felt crowded. Loved that every bedroom has a private bath. Would stay again.

Great layout and location. Missed internet but we were well informed before we came. Loved level entry. Found items left by previous guests in couch and bathroom. Adequate supplies. No frying pan so cooking breakfast was a challenge. Furniture and rug showed some wear and tear. Easy check in and out. Nice neighborhood pool. Would book again.

Nice House for a Family Weekend

This house was nice and was lovely for our short weekend. The location was excellent for us. There were no checkout instructions that we could find so we used the checkout procedure from previous VRBOs we had stayed at before. There is no WiFi, but we didn’t need it.

Annual Christmas trip

This is a special group of friends that have been enjoying a Christmas getaway together for the last 20 years. This home was perfect. We each had our own bedroom with private bathroom. The open concept kitchen, living and dining space was wonderful as we spent time enjoying each other’s company. We got to see Esther at Sight and Sound theatre. It was an amazing experience. This was a great home for making lasting memories.

This property was very clean and well-stocked. A few minor maintenance issues in the one bathroom as far as cabinet door knobs, missing, and shower handle adjustment, but other than that everything was wonderful.

Clean and spacious with outdated furniture

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The management team was great and accountable. It was a clean and spacious villa for our group. The only downfall is how outdated the furniture is. Not very comfortable. Beds are not comfortable and the bedspreads/carpet in bedrooms is very outdated. We like to travel somewhere for comfort - it was hard to get comfortable here.

Disappointing Property

Though we have stayed three previous times at this same complex, we were in different units that were well maintained and furnished, so we expected the same with this unit. Unfortunately, this unit was definitely subpar. I was appalled at the lack of maintenance in the unit. All four bedrooms had dirty wrinkled carpets with the wrinkles being so big that they were trip hazards. With one of our party being physically disabled, this was a real problem. In addition, all of the furniture was shabby, worn, and marred. The couch and chair cushions were broken down and uncomfortable. All that being said, the unit was clean, quiet, and spacious.
