We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. So very clean, and the family running it, I have never been treated so well. The breakfast was one of the best I've eaten in such a long time. It was an isolated place, yet easy to get to town. It was decorated picture-perfect. Thank you for letting me share this and allowing us to stay there. We will be back if you will have us. Thank you

Best family reunion ever! Our entire family was able to stay in one place, eat together without going out, enjoy the living room with the fireplace to relax together, read a book and enjoy the holiday decorations to find peace and joy during the season. I'll have to admit Branson was not on my bucket list, but the family had enjoyed it the year before during the fall so much and I couldn't miss a 2nd family reunion in a row, but I would go there every year if they wanted. It is 15 min to Payne's Valley, we got to see the streets filled with Christmas lights, the play David which was not just amazing, it was truly spectacular and best of all the family running the Bed & Breakfast was the epitomy of unexpected hospitality. You will be blessed beyond measure to get off the highway and stay in this gem in the Ozarks.

Every nook and cranny had beautiful Christmas decorations to brighten your day.

Very good stay

From the moment we arrived to check-in a little early until we met the owner/breakfast chef the next morning, we were welcomed with a genuine kindness you won’t find in most establishments. We came through for a Cody Johnson concert so we only stayed one night but would absolutely go back if ever in this area again. Only 15 bedrooms in a building built specifically for a B&B with a couple of common areas inside, 2 decks on the back side, and a pool. Super quite. The breakfast was cooked to order with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cinnamon rolls, and more. They definitely pay special attention to the breakfast part of the B&B. It was very good!

Room was cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed time at the pool in the afternoon. It was well-maintained, perfect temp for early August and not crowded. Actually enjoyed visiting with 2 other couples as we relaxed in the water. My wife enjoyed the 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea in the kitchen while I enjoyed the fresh cookies! Breakfast was fantastic as the hosts served us delicious menu options. The property is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of seating on the porches front and back to enjoy the surroundings, plus a great fireplace room lounge inside, if preferred. Easy to feel "at home". Would most definitely stay again.
