Have a drink and enjoy the fantastic scenery from the 7 large picture windows of the enclosed patio. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse has four flat screen TV's/DVD's plus Sudden Link cable TV and free Wi-Fi.

From the master bedroom, sliding doors open to the enclosed three-seasons sun room. The large master bathroom features double sinks and a whirlpool tub, plus the comfy king bed has pillow-top mattress.

A second master bedroom with a King size bed has an adjoining bath with double sinks. Another set of sliding glass doors open to the enclosed porch with 35 feet of windows which offer a fantastic view of the Branson skyline including Wonder Works, the Aquarium and the Thousand Hills Golf Course.

The third bedroom has an over-stuffed pillow top queen-size mattress and an adjoining bathroom. TV and DVD players are located in each bedroom and hair dryers are available in each bathroom.

The kitchen's tall cherry cabinets with crown molding create upscale elegance with stainless steel appliances, including a ceramic top stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with ice maker. The high, contemporary dining room table seats 6 in padded leather chairs and the raised kitchen bar seats 3 on swivel bar stools.

We supply coffee filters, sugar, creamer and coffee, bath soap, kitchen and dishwasher soap as well as dishes, wine and water glasses, mixing and serving bowls, pots & pans, a turkey roaster, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, cookie sheets, cake pans, muffin pan and pizza tray. We also have a full-size washer and dryer available for guests.

Great Getaway

We visited Branson area for a lake day with extended family. The condo was great with lots of room, and we really enjoyed the sun room with great views. I would highly recommend this condo if in the Branson area.

We had a great stay in Branson at this property. Very clean, spacious with great screened porch for hanging out. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area but only a couple blocks from the action. You can’t go wrong staying here !!

Great Get away

There were 6 adults (3 couples) and the property was great each couple had their own BR and Bathroom. Close to all your needs, 76 strip, Walmart or Grocery Store. Quiet little neighborhood. Great screened in porch with a great view of the Strip skyline. We would definitely rent this condo again. The owner was quick to respond to any text questions we had. GREAT STAY!!!

Girls getaway

The property was very nice. It had plenty of room for everyone and was well appointed. We enjoyed the patio a lot and it was convenient due to the rain we had one day. We picked this place thinking it was walkable to things but really it wasn’t. It also advertises a hot tub but it’s just a small jetted tub in the bathroom. Over all we enjoyed the property but would look for something closer to old town now that we know the area better.

Care Meter Broken

The property was nice. It's important to note that there is no elevator to the upper units, which altered some of our plans. Overall, the unit was nice and well-stocked. The issues I had were mostly with the way things were handled (or more accurately stated, "not handled"). While the owner did call to let me know that our 4:00 check-in time would not be honored due to the cleaning people not getting there on time, we had no idea that it would be 2.5 hours that we had to wait in our car with foods that needed to be refrigerated after traveling in from another state. After the wait, I still had to go behind the hurried cleaning person, because they never wiped down the kitchen or even looked in the microwave. Beyond that, the internet didn't fully work. When I spoke to the owner about it, the response was "Well, it worked for me when I was there last week." That really doesn't help me though, does it? When I let her know I was still having troubles on day two, the response was that I should wait a little while and maybe it would come back. When I'm putting forth this amount of money for one week's stay, I expect it to be as advertised. I would not recommend, nor would I stay again.

Beautiful and Comfortable Vondo

We came to Branson to enjoy ourselves as a group of married and retired friends. This condo was absolutely fabulous! It was well decorated and had enough furniture to allow everyone to relax. We enjoyed returning to it each day after participating in Branson activities. The beds were very comfortable and an added bonus was every bedroom having its own private bathroom. The condo was perfect for us and allow us to entertain others who travelled with us but stayed in a different condo. They dubbed our condo, "The penthouse" lol. We would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo in the future.

Family vacation
