The Space:

Nestled within a tranquil resort in scenic Branson, Holiday Ridge Retreat 10 boasts the perfect location to relax and unwind with unforgettable days in the beautiful Ozarks! Spend hours at the video arcade, frolic in outdoor pools, and flaunt your skills at the 18-hole golf course. Great for groups, this is a combination of 2 units next to each other, with adjoining deck doors that open up to each other. Both living rooms have sofas that convert to a sleeper, a TV, and dining table for 6.



Each kitchens comes equipped with appliances to make you feel right at home. With additional counter seating.



Combined the units sleep 12 between 2 bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper in each unit:



Unit #10:

- Bedroom #1 is the master with a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and shared en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is accessible from the living space also.



Unit #11:

- Bedroom #1 is the master with a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and shared en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is accessible from the living space also.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

-The parking and entryway lead to the second floor. You have to take the stairs to reach the 3rd floor with 16 steps to reach the units

-A washer/dryer is included.

-Parking available in the parking lot for 4 first come first serve spaces.

- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit next door can be rented together. To rent both units look for Holiday Ridge Retreat Duo or contact Customer Care.

-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

-The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

-Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.



The property is located in a quiet, but lively, resort where guests are welcome to enjoy a video arcade, outdoor pools, an 18-hole golf course, and more! When you’re ready to explore, the home is 3-miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.



Hikers and nature lovers should not miss Top of the Rock, which boasts sprawling golf courses, nature trails, mysterious caves and a history museum. Table Rock Lake, also close by, offers a host of water activities like boating, wake surfing and fishing. It was a great property. The online description said it was 4 bedroom and 4 bath, which it was. These are two different units that don’t connect so we weren’t all in the same living space. Everything else was great.

Fall Break Getaway

This property was further out than we normally stay but it was nicely located on a golf course. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was close to Branson Landing which was nice. The family had a great time on our fall getaway!

Great location and up to date rooms! 5 STARS

Would highly recommend this property to stay at. It's just far enough off 76 that you can relax without all the traffic noise. We had adjoining condos and they were excellent. They were clean, everything looked fresh and new and had all the comforts of home provided. We all even commented how we could easily live at this location it was so nice! There is a guard house to enter and leave the property as well. Would stay at this location again no problem. Maybe a 5 min drive and you are out onto 76 and less than 30 mins to Silver Dollar City.

Great place

This was a great place! There were a few things that were minor but we got through them! One of them being the washer smelled like mildew but I just put the bowl to prop it up with to let it air out! It really needs to be ran with Clorox to get the smell out. The bedrooms were amazing!!! The front bedroom got really cold in the night but the big bedroom was terrific!!very clean except for a bowl that got put into the cabinet. Only reason I gave it four stars for cleanliness! Overall great place to stay!
