Located in Pointe Royale gated community-this 3 BEDROOM/3 BATH CONDO is newly decorated/updated and will be the perfect place for families, girls getaway, golf getaways, and much more. This unit is on the 2nd floor of the building.

This unit features an electric FIREPLACE; master bedroom w/KING BED and JACUZZI TUB/ tub AND double sinks; guest bedroom on main floor w/ QUEEN BED and FULL BATH; and 2- DOUBLE BEDS in upstairs loft w/FULL BATH. TV's in each bedroom. Also available is a PACK N' PLAY and a high chair for babies/toddlers! A large eat-in kitchen with everything you need to entertain. A breakfast bar and dining room provide seating for up to 8 people.

Very clean, easy check in and check out, ample towels, love the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Comfy beds. I liked having a couple of pods to do the laundry and dishwasher. We would stay there again!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Mary was super easy to communicate with and flexible with our late arrival. My only suggestion would be a larger tv in the upstairs loft. Location was way to access but away from the crazy traffic. Gated access felt very secure and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Best stocked condo from hand soaps in the bathrooms, (even shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers if you wanted to use), to every kitchen need for preparing meals. Nice gated private community. We did not use the grill, but there is one if you need it. Kids enjoyed the pool (though the bathrooms needed some attention that is the HOA responsibility). Great communication with condo owners. Excellent place to stay. Would definitely book again for our next Branson stay.

The property was way more than we expected. It was beautiful, spaceous and felt like a home away from home. The kids enjoyed the game and snacks that were there for us. The whole property made us feel safe as it is a gated community. I would definitely love to stay there again, when we make our way back there. We were able to do more shows and attractions, thanks to the coupon books that was left. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, this is it!!!!

A good property to stay for an extended or short getaway! Over all, property was clean. Plenty of room for our family and a few extra touches made it feel like home. Clear checkin/out instructions and easy line of communication to property managers if needed. Property is a short walk to pools, hot tub and Tiki bar. It is a short drive within the neighborhood to Taneycomo for fishing. Branson attractions, shopping and shows are also short drives - get familiar with the back roads to shave off more time too! We will definitely recommend and make a return trip in the future! Thanks for sharing this wonderful property!

Great location!

It was perfect accommodation for my daughters, daughter in law and granddaughters! The layout of the property made it very comfortable to enjoy meals and visiting with one another. It was also very close to all the activities we did while we were in Branson! Also when I booked this stay back last December I realized I had booked the wrong date because of Father's Day. Mary was very helpful in changing the dates— refunding a day’s stay. Then my girls got better flights coming in earlier and she added a day on the front side for us! It was a wonderful place to stay and so many memories were made for my family trip! Will

Short and sweet

This condo was a great homebase for a mini family getaway/birthday weekend. The place is pretty, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is a great choice! Just bring your own pillows. The beds are great, but pillows are on the firm side. Pillow preference aside -100% we recommend this stay!
