- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bedroom is on the Mezzanine level.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are 3 elevators (across from each trash area) as well as stairs to access the unit.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

-No boat or trailer parking

- Pool is for owner use only and not accessible to guests.

The property overlooks Table Rock Lake and is mere minutes from marinas, boat ramps, and local beaches. This means that there’s an endless list of coastal activities to enjoy on and off the water! There is also a nice 1/2 mile trail along the lake. The home is about 7 miles from historic Downtown Branson, a hub of family-oriented tourism and entertainment. From live music festivals to eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries, there is something for everybody. Premier attractions include Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including the White River Balds Natural Preserve. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
