Walk-in ground level, no stairs! This end unit condo is so cozy, lots of natural light in the kitchen and living area overlooking the pond. Our updated space is tranquil and comfortable. Located in a quiet area, tucked away from the crowds but close to the action, this condo is a wonderful retreat to refresh and recharge after a fun day exploring Branson Attractions! Enjoy the layout that allows a group or family to relax. For maximum sleeping comfort, this condo has two queen beds and one king bed, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is large, great for extended stays and meal prep. Park right in front of the unit for easy unloading just a few feet from the front door. Enjoy the spacious patio that overlooks the pond after a fun day of enjoying Branson area attractions.

We loved this property! It was cozy, out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip but close enough to get to everything easily! It had everything we needed for 4 adults and a teenager. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The owner was incredibly responsive, which we truly appreciated. When we brought up our concerns, he replied very quickly and was attentive.That said, we did experience a few issues during our stay. Within the first 20–30 minutes of arriving, both myself and my daughters developed headaches while sitting in the front room. We weren’t sure of the cause—it could have been someone smoking nearby and the smell seeping in, or possibly mold, dust, or another air quality issue. We also noticed a bulge in the ceiling that made us a little uneasy.The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was dark residue in one of the tubs, the showerheads had visible buildup, and one was partially detached from the wall. The towels provided were thin and didn’t do a great job of drying us off.On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, which helped us get good rest. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud at times, but we believe it was mostly due to thin walls rather than excessive noise on their part.

Great condo; nice and quiet

Perfect condo for three sisters to enjoy a short reunion. Very comfortable beds; nice kitchen/living room space. Loved spending time on the patio watching birds, groundhogs and squirrels and enjoying alfresco meals.

Clean, convenient, and perfect

This location hit all the marks. It was very conveniently located to all the major attractions. It was about 10-15 minutes from everything. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We stayed there with our two kids (ages 12 and 7) and it worked great. We live only 3hrs from Branson and visit occasionally and would not hesitate to stay here again. Amenities: it had pots and pans as well as cookie sheets (which is all we used for this stay). Notes: the home has a nice sized Roku TV so you can use your logins to watch your favorite streaming channels.

A Condo in Branson with no steps and close to almost everything!

Perfect for our trip with friends. Quiet, easy to get around, nice two bedroom place to stay. The only thing i would modify is a little better curtains in the living area. But, really nice space and a great patio with seating outside.

4 girl cousins and a 93 year old young mom

We had a marvelous time at the apartment. Two bedrooms with3 beds, a hideaway couch and 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed for the 5 women. The apartment was very clean, and the price for 3 nights and 4 days was very reasonable. Close to downtown Branson. We will use it again. We give it 5 stars.

Great stay

Family and I got away for a couple of days and this was a great cozy unit to stay. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely rent again, we would have stayed longer if we could!
