Excellent quality room, staff, and breakfast!

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent! I was impressed with the sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, milk, and juice! It was all great quality and delicious!

We have stayed here many times in the past. They have updated some of the rooms and they are very nice. The staff was very helpful and respectful. Good selections available for breakfast. We hope to continue to be able to stay here for our future visits to Branson.

Would stay again.

As with all motels I’ve stayed at where you walk directly into your room from outside (not go through a hall), the carpets are always leaving kids’ feet dirty. As with most places, people are smoking outside the building at designated areas. Our room did not smell like smoke, but it did to get to it. Other than that, I had no issues the days we were there.

Good for two nights sleeping.

We reserved 4 rooms. Some doors still had old fashioned keys while others had the updated cards. I personally liked having a key. The freezer in this particular room held two ice cream gallon tubs, but other rooms had very small freezer section on those small refrigerators.

Great motel

Great family owned motel. Managers were very accommodating, We did not eat breakfast because we had plans, so I can’t comment on that. Queen beds in this room were a bit firm for our taste, but king bed in room from previous trip were amazing! Will come back.

Keep in mind this is an older, dated hotel. With that being said, we absolutely loved this place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The room was clean, large and lots of amenities. The pool/picnic area was wonderful as well. Large clean pool with lits of chairs and tables. A great bbq grill. Great breakfast. Quite and close to everything. All of this for under $100 per night. This will definitely be the place we stay when we come back in December.

Dog friendly

The price and room perfectly, my room is pet friendly room. We are stayed 3 nights, nothing gets problems with us. My room is in front of place that I can take my dog to go outside. Quiet and close everything in down town.

The rooms were in pretty bad shape. We had 3 rooms to ourselves and only one room was as per amenities. One room had issues with the maine room door lock and We had to use a physical key and that too didn't work most of the time. The bathroom door lock did not work. The staff initially said they will switch us to another room (king) but then (as per the staff) the GM said we cannot do that. Other room did not have the fridge, coffee maker, etc. that should've been part of the room as per amenities. The rooms that had the fridge weren't of any use either because the fridge didn't work.

Room was very clean and spacious, but the air hadn't been turned on, so it was hot when we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent-- close enough to all of the things we wanted to do, but not so close as to be overly noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathtub had hair in tub , side table drawer had tobacco or some kind of remnants in it , tv didn’t work , room wasn’t ready when came to check in when we came back office staff was in the pool had to call to get room key , employees outside smoking weed just not wasn’t happy at all and wouldn’t recommend
