Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina.

The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4).

Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar), marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and corn hole. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one!

Cozy, clean, lake/wooded view

Unit was very clean and well-appointed. Very close to Tiki Bar which is great for going to listen to live music at night. Location on Indian Point was convenient to marinas and activities.

It was a nice stay

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the location, deck overlooking lake was fantastic! If I could have changed anything, it would have been the neighbors on top of us and neighbors below.

Awesome Place!

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed! It was 4th of July weekend, so it was very busy and crowded at the bar and pools but that's to be expected on a holiday weekend, especially since they are open to the public, something we did not realize before our stay. I would definitely stay again but would choose to come on a non-holiday weekend.

Lake trip

We had such a great time! Me and 9 friends stayed here for fourth of july and it was a blast. The view of the lake was perfect and we were right next to the resort’s tiki bar. There was a dock for us to hangout on and swim at, basketball court, sand volleyball, etc. Lots of fun for all of us!! The only thing is there’s limited trash cans so we had to take the trash out a bunch since we stayed for 5 days and bought groceries to eat all our meals at the condo. But still so fun and overall would love to do it again

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for our group of 10! The property was nicely updated and well kept. The condo had a ton of storage which left more room for people to move about the space. We had two families staying totaling 10 people. While it states there’s a double pullout, I would say this will only comfortably sleep one person. If used for small children it would easily work for 2. This wasn’t a big issue for us because there was plenty of space to use a full air mattress for our 10th person. Our hostess was very responsive and quick any time I had to reach out. We would definitely rent this property again. The resort is definitely a work in progress, but it was nice enough.
