For the price the room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. There were no issues with the usual suspects of water spots or mildew in the grout that I find at even some of the more expensive hotels. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not eat the breakfast as it did not appeal to my tastes. Nothing wrong just not my tastes. Great stay in Branson.

Room was clean and nice. The ice machine was broken so no ice. And they didnt have half the breakfast items our info said. Linens can was left outside our door at 9am so felt rushed to get out

I was in Branson for a day, and booked this hotel through Expedia for $124. After receiving a confirmation email, the hotel called stating they needed to cancel my reservation because a walk-in guest wanted the room. They mentioned a refund would be issued. Later, they called back saying they had a room available but only for $187. When I declined, they called again offering the room at the original $124 rate. I had already lost confidence in their service and declined again. This handling of my booking was unprofessional and created a poor customer experience. I would advise caution when booking here.

Room was clean and comfortable. The build is the older motel style, but it has been renovated. The breakfast area is a bit tight for service, but the food was fresh. A/C worked well. The amount of front office staff was very limited. Overall a good experience.

Not good access to second floors. Outside of building needed painting, cleaning, etc. Inside room was okay, but a bit bare, but clean, clean is good. Outside and the walkways to breakfast were awful, junk, leaves, needed sweeping, etc.

This is the hardest room to review. The art looked like a 4-year-old hung it. LOL There were stains on the cheap furniture. but the room was clean. That is all that matters to me in that department. The worst part was definitely the noise. You can hear every step people take above you. You can hear every door that shuts in the parking lot. People starting their cars woke me up because you are literally 5 feet from the lot. But the up side to that is that parking is very convenient to entering the room. It felt safe. But the best part is the bed. Oh, my, word. I am a bed critic, and both my picky daughter and I both loved the beds and pillows. We stay in expensive places and cheap motels, depending on why we are traveling. We were only in the room to sleep, and it was an excellent bed. I have stayed in 15+ hotels/motels in Branson and will prob stay here again just for the bed. I will bring a white noise machine or something to cover the sounds of the street.
