1) When we tried to take the elevator to our room, a lady was there with a luggage cart to take their things up to their room. The elevator was too small for her to get on with her family and the luggage cart. My husband and I elected to take the stairs rather than wait. We’re both in our mid 70’s, but we could climb a flight of stairs. 2) The room was not as nice as pictured. It was clean, but the photos online must have been cropped. 3) When we were leaving to go eat, there was an “Out of Order” sign on the elevator. It did not work anymore. 4) Sometime after midnight, someone from the front desk I presumed called our room looking for a Mrs. Birt? I told her she had the wrong number and she apologized. How does the front desk clerk not know who is staying in what room? 5) The pillow top mattress must have had a pretty thin pillow top. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were too. 6) The breakfast buffet was not nearly as nice as reviews suggested. 7) When we were leaving that morning, the elevator was still out of commission. Everyone was having to use the stairs, and they are too narrow for that. I carried some luggage while my husband had the rest, trying to carry our luggage downstairs. He fell halfway down the stairs to the landing. Fortunately he didn’t break anything! Some of the other guests helped him get up. Very unsafe! Such a liability to the hotel and guests! We will NOT go back there.

The online photos were obviously cropped to show you what they wanted you to see. I was expecting better. The room was clean. That's about the only positive comment I can make. 1. Upon arrival, they booked us in the 2nd building on the 2nd floor. We are in our mid-70's and are not handicapped. There was an elevator. But when we entered the building, a woman with a luggage cart was unable to get on the elevator with her family because it was too small to accommodate them and the luggage cart. My husband and I elected to take the stairs rather than wait on the elevator. Later when we left to go eat, there was an "OUT OF ORDER' sign on the elevator. Well, at least we didn't get stuck in it! Every time we left and returned, we had to use the stairs. They were narrow and crowded. 2. The pillow-top mattress must have had a very thin pillow top. I couldn't lay on my side at night because it hurt my hips. The pillows were too big and hard. Very uncomfortable! 3. Sometime after midnight the front desk called our room looking for a Mrs. Burt??? I told them they had the wrong number, and she apologized. How does the front desk not know who is staying in which room? 4.There was no hot water this morning when I took my shower. My husband showered earlier. He said there was plenty of hot water then. 5.The breakfast buffet was not very good 6. Trying to navigate the stairs this morning with our luggage, my husband fell down the stairs. Fortunately, he didn't break anything.

It was my husband‘s birthday weekend. We stayed 2 nights in a room that had a Jacuzzi tub. We were very disappointed because both mornings we were not able to use our Jacuzzi tub in our room, because there was no hot water. We weren’t even able to take a shower those mornings as well. We are very disappointed. I do not understand how a big hotel like that runs out of hot water. That was the whole purpose for us having a room with a Jacuzzi tub that we could use it We went to the Jacuzzi downstairs in building number 2 that was the building we were staying in, the water was lukewarm and the pool was ice cold. I would’ve thought for the money that we paid to stay in that hotel. It would’ve been a five star . We will not return. We will not be recommending this hotel at all. I also spoke to the clerk downstairs about this. It was like talking to a box of rocks. He was totally clueless about reality in general. Maybe you should get some better staff as well. Please do not stay at this hotel. You will be highly disappointed, especially if you stayed in a room with the Jacuzzi tub.

Our bathroom floor looked dirty. Saw what appeared to be a roach. We were on the floor with the pool. It was supposed to close at 9 or 10, but apparently that wasn't enforced. We could hear people and kids running and yelling in the hallway until around midnight. People were in parking lot being loud. Sounded like person above us stomping around. We've stayed there several times before with no issues, but this time wasn't good. Don't know if ownership changed or they were busy and understaffed. Front desk employees were very nice.

Check-in was quick and easy. Desk clerk was pleasant and courteous. Room was clean but did show some signs of age (carpet needs to be replaced). Hot breakfast was great. Overall a very good stay.

The staff was friendly. The building we stayed in was old and noisey. The room smelled musky so much that we went to buy a smell good for the week. The quiet at night hours that other hotels enforce were not repected here. I liked that the rooms came with a microwave and refrigerator but there were no plates or utensils offered in room. Breakfast was disappointing, offereing the same limited choices and a very croweded space as it has people from 3 building coming into one space.
