COMPLETELY RENOVATED ~ SLEEPS 2

PETS ALLOWED ~ 1 pet (see rules) okay with $79 fee. Access to amenities at Diamond Resort are NOT available with this unit. This includes NO ACCESS to swimming pool or game room.

This studio is located in Fall Creek Resort. Condo offers 250 +/- square feet and has been completely renovated in a fishing theme. Unit has queen-size murphy bed that folds up during the day for extra space.

Remodeled condo with fresh paint, new fixtures, cabinets, tile flooring and more is located just 2 1/2 miles from shows, attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Condo is located within a few miles of Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo, providing some of the best fly-fishing in the state of Missouri. A short drive takes you to the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake with offers jet skis, boat rental, scuba diving, guided fishing trips, and water skiing. Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, White Water and many golf courses are nearby.

Two-and-a-half miles from the Branson 'Strip' (Highway 76) and five minutes from Table Rock Lake and Table Rock Dam. Fifteen minutes to Silver Dollar City, and just minutes to all other major Branson attractions, restaurants, shows, shops and more.

This studio is furnished with everything you need for your 'home away from home'.

The host was great/communication great. The place was clean & cozy. We had everything we needed. My ONLY complaint (and I hate to even mention it), was the hot water situation. None in the kitchen/bathroom sink unless the shower had already been run. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. I don't think that this was disclosed in the original description (prior to booking). If it was hot weather, this may not be as much of a big deal. Otherwise, great economical place to stay, close to everything. It's hard to find nice, pet friendly places. Even with the water ordeal, I would stay there again.

Jeep Branson 2025

We came to enjoy the Jeep Branson 2025 activities. However, on our first off-road trail run our Jeep experienced a significant mechanical failure and we had to cut our stay short. The Unique Fishing Theme studio was adequate for our purposes. It’s a perfect budget minded accommodation for two people. Nice quiet neighborhood with a mix of permanent residents and vacationers.

The space was small but was perfect for what we needed. The only con of the stay was the lack of cleanliness. The light fixtures had hanging dust and the shower had strands of hair on the sides. Parking was hit or miss if you would find a spot to park. The host was quick to respond and very nice

Great neighborhood. Close enough to get around to attractions, but not located in the high traffic areas of Branson. Cute fishing decor gives a homey feeling, not boring like a hotel room. I loved eating out on the deck. A tiny condo but sufficient for two people for a few days.
