I loved the homeyness. Clean, friendly, well lit, well decorated for Christmas . I mostly wanted a safe place with kind people. 100 percent delivered. Gated with friendly courtious guards. Always looked for parking pass and when seen, they smiled waved and said; 'You are good.' Loved it. I shoped and had a safe place away from home to return. THANK YOU 😊
I loved their security staff So friendly, this was important to me to feel safe.

The accommodation was not as pictured. The description was for a 2-bedroom Villa. We were put in a cabin with an adjoining bedroom, which should have been a king bed, it was barely a queen. The carpet was stained, ice maker didn’t work and the blinds broken, missing.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice this property is. The staff upon checking in was very courteous and welcoming. The hot tub is quite large and we enjoyed a nice evening soak under the stars. Property and grounds are well maintained and this area has lovely scenic views.

The property is beautiful, our suite was huge. Loved the balcony. All staff was very friendly and housekeeping responds very quickly! Great value and great location! Only complaint was it smelled old..kind of musty and a bad smell coming from the sink when water is ran in the kitchen. Overall we are glad we chose Westgate for our first trip to Branson!

Next room had a barking dog for part of the stay. We were told we needed to call for Ice, called every day (total of 5 calls in 3 days) and never received ice during our stay. Had to call for towels as we were given 1 washcloth for 2 people. Could hear the people above us walking and taking showers at midnight. Could hear conversations next door, taking their dog out, and the tv. Water for the shower was barely warm. Check in took about a hour and half to get into the room, had to keep calling as the keys would not work

There was a dried up contact lens in the bathroom and it leads me to believe the room may not have been cleaned. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the property was peaceful and I like the security out front.

Our first night our heat went out, but the next day we were placed in a different room and initially, I wasn’t very pleased with the change so they placed us in another room, which was amazing and I will definitely be coming back and asking specifically to reserve those room rooms when I come back
