Approximately 1,253 square feet, this luxurious Two- Bedroom Deluxe Suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including the kitchen, dining area and 2 separate bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants, unit best suited for families/ groups.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Jetted Tub and Stairs.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Mountain Vista: Very clean property and unit. kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and eating dishes & utensils. Liquid soap and dishwasher packets were supplied. Bathroom soaps were supplies as well. Towels were clean and plentiful. Extra towels for swimming. Unit contact was quick to respond to messages. Liked that the rooms were on opposite sides of the unit with their own ensuite. Good distance from almost everything. only 10-15 minute drive to shopping, SDC, and other attractions property had multiple pools and a recreation building with pool and ping pong tables. Check in/out was seamless and No one tried to sell us on a time share.

Exceeded Expectations

Our condo was spacious and well-appointed. The grounds were very well kept. Basic necessities were provided: small dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer detergents, laundry soap, etc. In the summer you can easily watch Chateau on the Lake’s Sunday night firework show on the seating nearest the playground. While it is true that the decor is slightly dated, it is still tasteful and clean.Our only negative We will definitely stay here again.

The resort has one outdoor pool on one end and an indoor pool & another outdoor pool by the community center on the other end. Rooms are nice & spacious. We went out and did stuff many days and had plenty of basic supplies to last our stay - tp, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics in terms of cookware, dishes & utensils. This is a timeshare place, but we did not experience issues or high pressure sales people. Our VRBO booking / contact person was great. Reason for the 4 stars is the maintenance issues we experienced - one bathroom door lock was broken (looked fine, but couldn't be unlocked from the inside). They were quickly responsive to help get the door unlocked & we just didn't ever lock that door again. Also, the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom leaked into the unit below and we were asked not to use it. They said they would come fix the tub the next day, but didn't. Overall, the complex is very nice and comfortable. Pool was open 9am-10pm, well maintained and lots of fun!

Wonderful resort

We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Mountain Vista in Branson! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for families. We especially enjoyed strolling along the scenic paths by the waterways; it was such a relaxing way to start or end the day.Our suite/condo exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly spacious, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. The kids were obsessed with the pools and wanted to be there every day! There were so many amenities and activities going on throughout the resort that we honestly could have spent our entire vacation on the property and still had plenty to do.Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway in Branson. We’re already talking about coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Branson. The location was great. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of it. The room was spacious. There were a few things broken in the room when we arrived that were fixed by maintenance promptly. Check in was easy except they kept trying to sell us on a timeshare. The property had lots to do and our kids enjoyed everything. The property manager was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great rental

There was two bedrooms with huge bathrooms. This unit has a living room with a pullout couch. The living room was big enough to leave down and still have plenty of room to move around. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. This was close enough to the pool to walk, but far enough to not here to much noise. The only thing we didn't care for were socks that we found on the bedroom floor when we arrived. Other than that we had a great time staying at this unit. For reference we had 3 adults and 4 children.

Excellent Resort

We love both Wyndham properties in Branson, but the Mountain Vista has larger rooms and is smaller which creates a nice, quaint experience. Everything is clean, nice, new, and available. The activity center provides unique amenities. Booking with this owner was a breeze, communication was excellent, and price was RIGHT!

Great place to stay with plenty of room

Everything was great! The weather was amazing for March so able to take advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The exercise area was fine for cardio and basic light weight workouts. The rooms themselves were a great size and the beds and pullout couch were comfortable. Would definitely look to stay there again.
