Three bedrooms and two bathrooms provide beautiful accommodations for up to 6 guests (maximum 8 with approval - not recommended for 8 adults). Lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The main floor features a living room with gas fireplace and smart tv, well equipped kitchen, dining space, one bedroom, and one bathroom with a toilet, sink, and clawfoot tub (NO shower in this bathroom). Upstairs are the two additional bedrooms, a water view balcony and a second bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub.

Outside you will have everything you need to truly take in the incredible surroundings. Enjoy your morning coffee from your choice of decks. End each day with a pause to watch the sea and mountain sunset while you decide if dinner will be served inside or on the west deck under the outdoor heaters. Later, choose between lounging by the outdoor gas fire table while you BBQ on the grill, or cozy up inside by the gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, a gas stove with hood, and a window bar for chatting while preparing meals. Watch for deer, eagles and hummingbirds in the backyard wildlife sanctuary. There is even a porch swing overlooking the yard and gardens for morning coffee or moon watching.

Driveway can park 4-5 cars. Location is very accessible from any direction.

Water access is just a quick 2 minute drive (.7 mile) away at Lions Park that features boat ramp, basketball court, softball fields, tennis & pickle ball courts, playground, and beach exploring. Port Washington Narrows waterway is part of Kitsap Peninsula National Water Trails and is a popular kayaking destination.

The home is fairly private with a large yard, however, there are neighbors nearby and noise should be controlled after 10pm.

Please note that while there are two full bathrooms, the main floor bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub only - there is no shower. The only shower is upstairs.

- Sauna for adult use only. No one under 18 is permitted in sauna at anytime. Use of the sauna demonstrates that guests acknowledge they have read all instructions and voluntarily accept all risks inherent in its use. Absolutely no eating, drinking, smoking or drug use inside the sauna.
