Book a hotel near Bren Events Center, Irvine

"Breakfast was good most days, however as someone with Gluten Free issues, more variety would be great upon request such as GF bread, muffins, bars and or nut mix"

"Shower pressure was too weak. Bed on spindly legs a little wobbly. Long black hairs on bathroom mirror and bathtub. Big Dog barking in room across hallway. You can hear normal conversation in the next room."

"I arrived late - around 11:30 - after a long flight. The shuttle had stopped running from SNA, so they offered to send a Lyft. I arrived at the hotel, and was told that the hotel was "sold out" for the night. I had booked the hotel MONTHS in advance and it was very strict on cancellations. Didn't matter, there was no room for me. And the woman behind the desk was like dealing with a 13 year old teen girl, with no grace or understanding. She couldn't even explain what had happened, just kept repeating "sold out". So they sent me up to the Anaheim Hilton instead. I got up there, didn't want to come all the way back down, but they would not let me out of my reservation for the remaining days. I highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel if you want a guaranteed room when you arrive, or any customer service at all. And I'm a Hiltons Honors member! "

"There were 3 people standing at front desk- only one with a customer. I stood in line next to be helped however not one person greeted me even after standing there over 5 minutes waiting to be checked in. The other two were busy in their computers - but not with guests, a simple hello- be right with you- would have gone a long way. The next morning the same experience- not friendly- offered one guest a treat from the counter but not me. Just odd- would prefer not to come back to this property although the property itself was lovely. "
