The AC didn't work and they didn't come to fix it after we complained. The fire alarm started going off in our room because of a low battery. We asked someone to come up and fix it and no one did. Finally we got a new room, overall a very bad first day.

The pool was great. The hotel is in a great location if you’re going to Disneyland. But not having coffee in your room or even in the lobby. They want you to spend $4 on a cup of black coffee from their restaurant.

Good hotel, location is killer, pool is amazing. Sound in room was great, could not hear any other guests. Only complaint would be that we left our room for most of the morning, came back mid afternoon and room was still not cleaned.
