"Amazing location, super kind, helpful and efficient staff. From cleaning staff, to lobby folks, everybody was friendly and prompt. Made us feel super welcome and appreciated at all times. Our room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking 5 de Mayo Street, with beautiful buildings and the everyday activity of a big city. Mini fridge refilled daily with a couple of curtesy drinks and snacks was a great bonus. A 7-eleven and pharmacy across the street, a 24h traditional restaurant next door, and loads of eats, museums and Alameda a short walk around was great. Def will be back. Visited town for BTS concert and staff was very welcoming and appreciating of the special ocassion, welcoming BTS Army in such a warm way. Thanks all!"

"Having booked on the premium level really made the stay more enjoyable and highly recommend it! The room was fantastic #1103 had a beautiful view. Though the mattresses are in need of replacement and super soft. The food that was included in the premium lounge was another great benefit and for that reason I would book again when staying in México City. The view from the terrace on the 18th floor is amazing and a must to go to. The swimming pool is very warm and unfortunately people do not rinse before entering the pool, which I find pretty gross and some kind of enforcement should be done, though the shower in the pool only had cold water. Parking is unfortunately not included and had to be paid for separately which for that price tag is rather disappointing."

"The night when we are right the reception is that check our reservation she was very unprofessional it was raining we have a car and we asked for parking and she told us that they have parking but since the room was for one person we cannot park in there property I was trying to explain her that the reservation was made for two persons but she just ignore us the property is nice but they need to train their stuff better because she doesn't with customer service I read her zero I'm very disappointed.."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was always greeting at the lobby. Didn’t use the laundry or went to the rooftop bar. I like the concept of an a small apartment that will keep you covered but I don’t like they don’t provide housekeeping service unless you request it (for an additional price) or until you check out. "
