This was a late booking as our booked property canceled on us 10 days prior to travel (owner passed)! Fortunately it there were quite a few options in and around Cabo and we landed on this one. The host, Michaela, was responsive and extremely helpful. We had a small issue upon arrival which she resolved immediately. The host also accommodated two in our group for an extra night when the fell ill the night before departing; thank you Michaela! The property itself was perfect for three couples and well represented by the pictures. It was very clean, well apportioned, close to town. Of note, the beds were really, really comfortable! I find this is often not the case in VRBO rentals and a place they skimp! We were easily able to gather and cook both in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill. The weather was a little cool, but we still made use of the clean and beautiful pool on the lower deck which had a nice view of the marina. The property is short walking distance to the marina and all the shops and restaurants; very nice as parking is hard to come by. Though no fault of the property owner and/or host, the close proximity to the marina area also means you get quite a bit of noise from the clubs in the late night/early morning. It is definitely noticeable even with the doors and windows shut, some times until past 4 AM. It didn't bother me much, however, the ladies in our group did say it kept them up on occasion. All in all a great stay. I would absolutely stay again!

Ad stated spices, the kitchen was stripped of all seasonings, foil, saran wrap etc. No barbecue utensils. Exterior light, with no lens, didn’t work above barbecue. The main kitchen refrigerator was a two section refrigerator but only one worked. The freezer had only one shelf in it, the other 2 shelves were missing. They did provide pizza to compensate.

Rented here to be close to the marina for the tournaments. 10min walk to the boat from the house. Very comfortable accommodations. Host is very responsive. Little noisy being close to the security gate, but not that bad.Would stay here again.

Home was nice, pretty view of the Marina, within minutes to town, shops, restaurants, beach, night life. Check in was easy, it was comforting to have security at gate, felt safe.

Great location!

Casa Solnardo was perfect for the week we spent in Cabo. The location couldn’t be better. Coffee shops around the corner, 5 min walk to the marina, 25 min walk to MĂ©dano beach or there’s the option to water taxi down the road. The house is spacious, great for a big group, stocked with anything you could need and very clean/well maintained. Michaela, the property manager was fantastic. Easy to communicate with, provided planned and last minute recommendations and referrals. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great! Location is perfect! So close to everything you may need while in Cabo. Michaela was an excellent resource in helping us plan our vacation. Loved the house! Loved Cabo! Loved Michaela! Would definitely rent again!

Excellent Location!

I rated this a 4 but if I could it would be a 4.5. I think it needs a deep cleaning and compared to many other places we’ve stayed for the money it could use some upgrades. I think the cleanliness factor involves washing walls and getting in the corners (several places on the walls look like liquid was splashed/spilled, chewed gum stuck to a lampshade, stained cushions on pool chairs
that kind of thing). The location was great for us as we were there for diving and could walk to dive shop and restaurants. It should be said that it’s a very hilly gated community so the heels I brought I never wore because it’s quite a steep hill (albeit a great workout!) Also there’s a gorgeous private, quiet beach associated within the gated community that we absolutely loved! The location of the house is basically in town and it should be noted that the nightclubs are very loud and especially Thursday-Saturday was quite obnoxious. Fortunately we were tired enough that we eventually fell asleep. Property manager was wonderful and prompt with communicating and had helpful advice. Overall it met our needs for space, beds, bathrooms and laundry and great location!!

Amazing Spring Break Trip

We had the best time at this property! There were 8 girls in our group, which was the maximum allowance for this property, and we fit just fine. Two girls slept on the upstairs couch and said it was very comfortable! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows to make it comfy for them. Our host, Mariano, was incredible helpful, always available, and perfectly polite. He helped us arrange a grocery service, COVID tests upon our departure, and a private chef. Highly recommend this property for an affordable, relaxing vacation spot!

Great if you like to walk to marina

Check in process was great. The host met us at the house, answered our questions and lives in the community. If you’re looking for a Pedregal rental that you can walk to town, it’s ideal. If your goal is laying by the pool with peace and quiet, this may not be for you. The trade-off of being close to town is that you’re near the traffic. It did not bother us but it could bother some. All and all this is a great property as described. Host was great. I would have no problem staying there again when we have friends come to town.

Perfect Cabo Casa!

This house was absolutely perfect! We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers. PLENTY of room. Property manager was excellent! Definitely a Great choice!
