Awesome property

Plenty of space for 8 adults with lovely patio, pool area and bedrooms with en-suite baths. We enjoyed walks to the beach and downtown. Places nearby for coffee, groceries, etc. perfect vacation spot!

Villa Victoria was a wonderful location for the 13 of us! The neighborhood is extremely safe and walking distance to the heart of town! The communication with easy and great. There is a small deposit that is required outside of the price listed, but it is fully refundable if there is no damage. This has to be paid not via credit card.

Best villa for a bachelorette!

Villa Victoria is even more stunning than the pictures. It was very large and more than enough room for 14 guests! Great view of Cabo and easy walk to the marina! Kristi B was super responsive leading up to the trip and answered all my questions. Roberto, our concierge was available whenever we needed to request a taxi pick up. Overall, highly recommend this villa for a large group!

Great Trip!

Villa Victoria was a perfect stay for a short trip to Cabo! Safe neighborhood and an easy walk into town or a beautiful light hike to the private beach. Kimberly was wonderful and responsive in helping me plan the trip. Then, our concierge during the trip, Pedro, was incredible and helped with any little ask via text! Deliver more beers to the house, call a taxi, etc. Very pleased with the house and even more so with the service!

First off, the pictures do not do this house justice. I feel like the pictures did not capture just how beautiful the house was. Me and 6 friends stayed here for my 25th and we enjoyed ourselves. There was more than enough room for everyone. The showers were designed really nice as well. The maid came one day & did an amazing job with cleaning. The villa is right next to downtown, however I wouldn’t consider it walking distance due to the hilly infrastructure of Pedegral. If you’re into that, then I guess it will be walking distance for you. If not, you will need to take taxis. One of the downsides was that we had to constantly remember to close the doors. Moths & 2 lizards got into the villa! Another downside is that there is no other way to get upstairs from the room by the pool but to come through the room in the second floor. Lastly, our concierge Pablo was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end he was very helpful. Every time I needed a taxi I would call or text him and within 5-10 mins our taxi would be outside the villa. Whenever I had questions about restaurants or excursion activities Pablo made sure to find the answers or put me in contact with someone who could answer my question. He was truly amazing & I hope everyone who visits is lucky enough to have him as the concierge!

Great house and great host!

Awesome house! Very spacious! Hosts and staff were great and super helpful. I especially appreciated the included concierge and shuttle service. Made our trip a breeze. Our concierge Ivan was amazing. Only complaints are very minor. The WiFi was fast, but only worked on the top floor of the house. Wasn’t a fan of fluorescent lighting in the dining/living rooms. And the faux leather couch was a bit sticky, as if it had melted due to heat.

Nice, but not quite as expected

We enjoyed our stay and having the private pool was perfect. The house is really 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the pool level have to share a bathroom which was not what was expected and the bathroom is not in the center so there is no privacy for people staying down there. Then there is a half bath in the living/kitchen area. LOTS of stairs. 4 bedrooms are one level down from the living area and the other 2 are another flight down on the pool level. But you have to go outside to get down there and you have to pay attention going down those stairs. The walk down to the marina is not bad, but you would not want to walk back up. It's a little further from the marina than we like, but it worked out fine. The a/c works great and every bedroom has ceiling fans. It's a nice house, just kind of a strange layout. Was good for large group except for the 2 on the bottom having to share a bath.

45th Anniversary

Wonderful home for large family. Each group had their own room and bathroom which allowed for more privacy and better sleeps. The villa was a great location to beaches north and south. We also appreciated Luis Alcantar for his help and constant availability.

Amazing Views and Beautiful Home with Plenty of room for cooking and people

Loved Loved Loved staying here very friendly people all gated community surround by beautiful views and homes. the pool was on point heated to 85 at all times and a great bbq set up, the bed rooms are huge and very nice bathrooms. I would definitely stay at this home again! Brett
