Spacious and colonial style beach condo with a terrace overlooking the ocean, mountains, and golf course. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room and seating area, and an equipped kitchen.

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that Reserva Conchal offers, like its extraordinary beach club with restaurant and swimming pool and direct access to the wonderful Playa Conchal, in a relaxed family atmosphere.

Apartment size: 167 square meters



Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.

Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.



This unit has full access to Reserva Conchal beach club, gym, pools, jacuzzi and spa, complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and shuttle ride to/from the condo to/from the beach club, golf course, main gate.

The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.



Guests can enjoy on-demand complimentary shuttle service through the property and to the beach club or take a 5-minute drive on their own. This is our second trip to the area and the second time using Rentals by OCC. Each experience has been seamless and the staff, location, and facilities are great. We enjoy the quick access to the beach club and the short trips to other locations around the reserve. The staff at OCC are attentive and responsive when needed and quick to help answer questions.

Reserva Conchal is a great place to stay, all services and attentions available. The apartment can acomodate 5 people perfectly, is well equiped and has everything you need but do not expect luxury, the unit is clearly for rental purposes, and the best of all is that OCC rentals make sure you have everything you need, great comunication through the whatsapp, they always answer eventhough we were there on the Easter holidays We will definetly come back

Excelente condominio! Los electrodomésticos están nuevos y todo funciona perfecto. Aire acondicionado en todo el condo, buen wifi si se requiere teletrabajar. Comunicación con el anfitrión un 100! Sin duda volveremos! Reserva Conchal siempre es precioso para vacacionar!

Pasamos día muy lindos,la casa bien equipada,limpia y todo de fácil uso,la seguridad 10 puntos,la empresa que administra impecable su atención nos hizo sentir en casa ,en cuanto al entorno los senderos para caminar muy lindos,la playa maravillosa muy calma de arena blanca ,el acceso al club de playa con gimnasio,piscina completo toda la experiencia.

Nice and spacious condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is larger than it seems in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. There aren't too many stairs to get to the condo either. We appreciated the assigned parking as well. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The amenities inside reserva are amazing and we found great restaurants and beaches just outside the property. Highly recommend!
