Noise: As this is a basement suite, you may occasionally hear normal daytime sounds from the family living upstairs. We do our best to keep things quiet and respectful.

Kitchenette: Please note this is a kitchenette (not a full kitchen). It includes a hot plate and toaster oven—there is no full-size stove, oven, or dishwasher.

Accessibility: Access to the suite and backyard requires the use of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

Security: For everyone’s safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the property. They record video and audio 24/7.

This cute basement suite was perfect for our family trip to Calgary. The place was spotless, the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were equipped with everything we needed (plus little extra touches that went a long way to make us feel at home) and the extra little yoga room was great! The location was perfect for the volleyball tournament we were in. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here and will book again when we have our next tournament!
