Had a ground level unit with patio view overlooking a large area for weddings that was covered in litter. Room service for coffee, fruit platter & omelette for $70 in CARDBOARD containers with plastic cutlery. For $500 I expect more. Very very disappointing. Won’t be back.

Horrible beds/ pillows could not sleep. Sheets not on bed correctly. Dinner buffet was way overpriced for the low quality of food. Only nice thing was the pools. Would not stay again.

It was nice to have options for eating without having to drive somewhere. When we checked in Wednesday night, we could use a cart and take our own luggage to our rooms. When we checked out on Sunday, we had to wait for someone to bring a cart to our rooms and of course provide a tip. I reserved 2 rooms, requested 1 microwave. There were 2 microwaves in 1 room. I requested a roll away bed for our 2 year old. 2 roll away beds were sent to the room. If I had been informed that the King Bedroom already had a pullout sofa bed, no roll away bed would have been needed. We returned the roll away bed Thursday morning.

Reset getaway

Resort stay was good overall for quick three day getaway. Staff personable and pleasant. Room was clean but curtains were torn and need replacing. Food/wine prices were high and quality of food not reflected in price. Expected better for Hyatt brand. Daily resort fees also exorbitantly high.
