We spent 4 nights in Enigma Villas and everything was amazing. Lani has been great, helped us booking a scooter and facilitated all our needs. The villa is spacious and close to Canggu beach but away from the crazy crowds with supermarkets, laundry facilities, restaurants close by.

Bad experience

We specifically searched for Villa with pool, but got diverted to a room with garden -not very clear from the Hotels site. We expected pool to be onsite then. It doesn't specify that it's 3 different villas. Management very rude and not helpful at all.
