This was the perfect rental for our girls trip. Canmore is a cute little town and we were close enough to walk to lots of nearby resturaunts, bars and shops. Only about 20 minutes from Banff National Park. The owner provided a park pass to use during our stay. It saved us time and money traveling to the park each day. That was a great little extra. The owner was also so very responsive to any quesitons we had before and during our stay.

Great stay and location

The location was awesome. Located in a shopping plaza, it was a quick walk to two grocery stores and other convenient stores. Furthermore, it was just a 10 minute walk into town to grab a bite to eat and drink. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking Three Sisters. The place itself had plenty of space and very clean.

The unit is warm because the air conditioning cannot cooled down the living room and there is no air conditioning in the three bed rooms. The fan is not enough to cool the small room. It is not comfortable to relax in the living room and cannot sleep in the bedroom. You cannot stay in the balcony because it is full of bird poop.

Canmore Condo

The condo was well appointed including kitchen tools and equipment to cover just about any cooking needs. The rooms were comfortable and having two bathrooms was such a great feature. My only complaint would be that there was a last minute change to the access code which caused a slight hiccup with checking in. We weren't able to get the fob to work for access to the hot tub. The owner was really quick to answer questions and resolve issues. The location was amazing. Everything you might need for groceries, adult beverages, any many other retail stores are right outside the front door to the building. The two parking spots allocated were both needed so this condo is great for larger groups.

We spent two nights and the experience was excellent. The location is just good distance to our destination. Bedrooms are spacious. Owner of the property was organize in connecting to the guests and communicate well. This 3 bedroom condo unit is recommendable.

Broken elevator

The day of check in we were notified the elevator was not working, however upon talking to people in the building, the elevator had not been working for over one week. We had all the vacation stuff for 8 to go up the 3 flights of stairs. 2 of our family members in their 80s. While a broken elevator is out of the control of the owner, we would have appreciated more warning so we at least we could have made arrangements for others to take extra wedding paraphernalia. In addition to the broken elevator, the other things that did not work were the range hood fan and coffee pot (someone has replaced the carafe and it is the wrong size so the coffee goes everywhere, not in the pot). It was very hot and bright during our stay. Unfortunately there were no window blinds or black out curtains in 2 of the sleeping areas. Bedrooms had fans which just pushed around hot air. The living area had a portable air conditioner that if set up, could have helped. Right now more cold air escapes out the window than is brought into the room. Overall the place was as nice as the pictures showed however the management company is letting this owner down. The lights in the living area are covered with dust, we found dust bunnies under the couch trying to recover something dropped, there was food debris in the large spaces between vinyl planks, and amenities seemed to be leftovers from other guests. The beds, linens and 2 parking spaces are good. The unit is very conveniently located.

Excellent Location, Place needs a few Updates

Overall, would stay again. Would like to put that out there first. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Canmore but communication with the homeowner was a bit delayed at times and sporadic as I found we occasionally weren’t on the same page. The kitchen and living room are very modern and have an excellent open concept for having friends/family there. We noticed the en-suite bathroom had a lot of dings and scuffs and could definitely use a fresh coat of paint over some of the spots. Overall would give the experience a 4/5.

Beautiful condo 30 minutes from Banff

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was about 30 minutes from downtown Banff and a perfect landing spot at the end of long days of hiking & exploring. It is in a secure building located right next to grocery stores and restaurants with nice amenities.

This property was very comfortable for the 6 of us! Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, downtown canmore and restaurants. Property was very clean and comfortable. Some items missing were wine glasses, dish cloths and linens. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed a wonderful 6-day stay at this very clean and well-furnished condo. The 3 bedrooms and pull-out sofa in living room, plus the 2 full bathrooms easily accommodated us all. The elevator was a nice feature especially for anyone who may find managing stairs difficult. There is a small balcony with a gas grill, but this is the only outdoor space (other than parking lot.) This didn't present problem though, as our days were spent outdoors exploring the absolutely beautiful surrounding mountains, waterfalls and lakes. The location of the condo was very convenient. This property is in a shopping area with condos on top of stores. There are 2 large supermarkets, plus sporting goods, liquor stores, coffee shops all within a few hundred feet of the condo. Canmore's downtown area was right across the main road, which made for very easy access to restaurants, galleries and shops. The only downside to this location was that it has train tracks on either side of the shopping complex with trains running throughout the night. This is a bit noisy if sleeping with windows open. The property owner was very attentive and quick to reply with any of our questions. She graciously arranged for delivery of a Park Pass to accommodate our schedule and had wonderful suggestion for a stunning hike. I would definitely recommend this property for a visit to this area!

Great weekend with access to downtown

We had a great weekend at the condo! We had eight people fit in with lots of space for everyone. It was very clean and close to everything! Safeway and Save-on-Foods are right there with a couple of liquor stores too. It was a little chilly the weekend we stayed, but you could easily walk downtown. The only thing that I would suggest would be to have more linens in the kitchen! We only had one towel and dishcloth and had to take some out of the bathroom to do dishes. Other than that, it was great!
