I don't normally write reviews but after what the staff Anna did for us at Pocaterra Inn and Waterslide I felt like I wanted to. The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning—right in front of the mountains with picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. Anna was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My daughter absolutely loved her. She was so sweet to my daughter and it made our days here that much more memorable. My husband and I can't recommend them highly enough for a vacation or weekend getaway. The room was very clean and well maintained. We greatly enjoyed mountain view from swimming pool and the breakfast was wonderful with variety of options. Huge thank you again to the front desk staff Anna for making our stay so perfect and amazing. We plan to go back as often as we can, but definitely annually on our anniversary/birthdays. Can’t wait to go back!

The best things were the service from Ana, a bear spray loaner and breakfast. The negatives: - No hot water in the AM in the 5 days I was there. (They said it was because of demand. Even at 5AM?) - They didn’t make the one wake-up call I asked for - on my last day to make my flight! - Spa has 2 jets working.

Room was very clean and quiet. There was some construction next door, but it wasn't too noticeable. The staff were great; they quickly helped with any requests we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Food at breakfast was very good. Room was clean but the main door to the room would not close properly. It appeared to have been damaged and an attempt to repair it was done but it stuck badly during closure and had to be wrenched to Close it.

Room was clean and spacious but very hot and no hot water for shower in the morning. Wifi connection was horrible. But art was nice and nice to be greeted with complimentary wine bottle in the room. Enjoyed the upscale toiletries.
