Great hotel! Free breakfast is very good, pool and waterslide are a huge hit with our young son, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is easy and on site, even with a roof top ski box. My only complaints are that the wifi is very, very weak, and the duvet is not in a duvet cover, it’s just tucked in between a couple of sheets, which easily get tousled apart during the night.

Very spacious room. Asked for first floor the last moment for wheelchair needed and they were able to arrange. Pool is nice, easy to access. a bit crowed I guess because of the holiday. Overall experience 10/10.

Room was very noisy. Stair door beside room kept slamming all night. Air conditioner very loud. Did not get any sleep. Checked out in the morning, did not stay for our second night. Front desk lady was not very friendly or helpful at all, would not do anything for us. We lost our money for the second night. Horrible hotel to stay at do not recommend this property at all.

Room was very clean, I like that they used local soaps in the bathroom. The fireplace could've been on a longer timer. Staff was very pleasant to talk to and helpful with requests.

The room was clean and spacious. Safety with fire place atleast to put fireplace fence for kids as they are curious all the time to touch the glass ( there is a note not to touch the glass but 5 years old and below does not able to ready yet. I understand it is parents responsiblity to watch your kids, just a suggestion) Otherwise the while stay was awesome where my kids mostly stay in the pool.

We booked for five they only had the two queen beds made and no sheets for the pull out couch then they handed me sheets that has so much stain so I had it replaced.The pull out bed is sunken in the middle and every slight movement I made it makes a very annoying sound.t

Staff were awesome. Rooms are clean, well stocked, breakfast staff kept the food filled with the morning crowds. The pool was wildly busy- ran out of towels a few times but still lots of fun!
