This inn seems newly renovated- everything is in perfect condition, it is not only a beautiful place, it has wonderful service- every time we needed something we got it immediately with a smile. We were a family of 5 mostly adults, stayed in a bigger double queen room with an additional very comfy cot- more like a bed. Food and gas next door. Lots to do in Canmore and 20 minute drive to Banff.

In a time when genuine customer service and professionalism with a human touch seem to be fading in many places, our 5-night stay at Pocaterra Inn was truly satisfying and well worth the cost. From the very beginning, we were greeted with respectful and friendly service at the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the overall atmosphere both inside the room and throughout property was peacful, and having breakfast included was a big bonus - especially such a generous, delicious, and well prepared breakfast. The local accessibility was also excellent. A wonderful stay overall.

Great Option - just avoid Rooms near Lift

Overall, the place is great. However, if we were to stay again, we would most certainly request a room far far away from the lift. The lift is very slow, so crowds gather in the lobbies, and the rooms anywhere near the lift, are therefore very noisy….
