The facility was beautiful, the staff, especially Emma went above and beyond. I was under the impression the shuttle to the ship was free and it is not. This is a Travelocity issue. Shame on me for not checking further. I’d come back here but I’ll never go through Travelocity. I’m also a Hilton honors member as well.

A new hotel, looks nice and room was lovely and spacious. We had a problem with the shower, it had no pressure at all, when we called about it we were told it was a hotel wide issue they were aware of but we would have to wait until the next morning before they had a technician to come by. Had we’d been told this at check in we would have not checked in. When we went to the front to complain again the next morning they sent someone who found the shower head was clogged with sand. No mention of apologies for not being able to shower the night before. The hotel also charges $15 a night for parking which hotels.com buried in the details instead of including it in the final charges page. It should be listed clearly like the resort fees are before you book the reservation. Disappointed with the lack of transparency.
